Rock Hunt for Fred October & Allnighter Rich Cantwell Jerry Nelson
The Rock, 10-12 grade, will meet at DFC, Friday October 30th at Business Administrator Minister of Instrumental Music
6:00 pm. We will have dinner and then go to Southlands to Bud Curry Randy Smith
follow clues to find “Fred October.” We’ll then come back to DFC Hospital Chaplain Christian Education Pastor
for games, food and fun (all night - until 8:00 am Saturday
morning). Cost is $20 per person. Don’t forget to bring friends!

DFC Nazz Jazz Concert Cancelled

The concert at DFC has been cancelled. Please join us in
Greeley at the Union Colony Civic Center (701 10th Ave.) for the
Nazz Jazz Farewell Concert, October 25th at 6:00 pm. This is a
free event.

They reflect my feelings toward the incredible gift of becoming DFC’s
Lead Pastor. We have been wonderfully blessed by this amazing oppor-
tunity. Isn’t it just like Jesus to overwhelm us with His blessing?
On this first official day of our ministry here, I want to thank the DFC
family, as well as my own out-of-town family and friends, for sharing this
day of blessing with us. We have been overwhelmed by the generosity,
love, encouragement and support flooding us from our DFC family! God
has been so good to us through you!
I believe in the ‘God of the Immeasurably More!’ I believe in the God
who wants to bless us abundantly. We serve the God who desires to
pour His grace to overflowing. As you arrive today I want you to
anticipate His abundant grace! You are on the verge of a miracle of
grace in your life. Allow God’s immeasurable grace to be poured into
your life today!

DFC 2009 Trunk or Treat
October 31st, DFC will be holding their first ever Trunk-or-Treat event!
Do you have a trunk, tailgate or door? Register your cars now to
participate! Decorate your trunks! There will also be a Cake Walk,
Family Entertainment and a Low Cost Dinner! Pick up your registration
at the Children’s Booth or Reception Desk or call 303/761-8370 for
more info!
Help Needed!
We need kitchen help on Saturday, October 31st, for a DFC Cook crew
that will prepare breakfast for Pastors & District leadership at the Jesus
of Nazareth Compassion Center. Please contact Kris Rouselle at

Tennyson Center
We will be going to the Tennyson Center again on November 1st for
our 3rd annual Trunk or Treat event. We will meet in the Breezeway at
1:15 pm. Our own DFC Youth bands will be playing. Join us on the

31st Annual IN Group Banquet—
Banquet—Saturday, November 21
This event will be at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. The theme is
“Around the World with Dr. Jim Diehl.” Our musical treat will be Van &
Miriam Owen singing, with Linda Jackson on piano. Tickets are $20.00
(reserved by table number) and are available at the IN Group Booth
(south entrance). Note: Semi-Formal dress. The IN Group is now open
to all adults. The reception area will be open at 5:00 pm (in the
Community Room).
Seniors Choir
Rehearsals have begun for our new Seniors Choir (soon to be named).
If you love to sing and are available to rehearse and go to perform on
Friday mornings, you are invited to attend. Rehearsals are Friday
mornings from 9:15 - 11:00 am in the Music Room.
