Cracked AWN piping - double containment MCB of tool CHB001 was failure inside tool panel. ICOS# 03,08,09,011 was problem"Auto machine off" the elevator was problem with error is 9 KB fault Two CB outgoing 110v battery ES6D1D08A supply power to all Sepam in panel NS6S1E02A in HT room CUB were tripped Dock lift out of function Back guard house lost power almost equipment dueto RCCB on panel DB-HC07 tripped Temperature control main valve of the south DCC lost control and create water condensation on piping in the main South. There was no power supply for Mfg tool GSC00009 of the module CAM005 (belong to link5) in DB Tool TS1D2F25C/CKT#2RYB, MCB D16 3P 380v type D. After holiday, tool started and there was no power Coupling was loosen When doing round and reading we found that the freezer #6 was lost power in the kitchen.

Lighting at IW was lost power .we checked and detected RCCB 63A(0.3A) ES7L1P03Aon panel ES7D2Q01A The door was hurt her finger. RCBO 32A 30mA on panel NS1D1A28A, ckt #7b supply for tool HAST#2 was tripped the SMS alarm didnt trigger.due to Win 911 was hang
