Mainly focus on Civil engineering work related to Housing scheme, Factory complex like building construction works. Medium constriction organization category can be taken a RN Construction. Ruwan and Nishantha Started the organization in 1995. Now its coming in Group of company level last year as completed around 150 building. All together 2000 employees are working in including 300 technical staff. Involving Road, Electrical, Structural, Water Retaining Structures, Water Supply or even Sewage Treatment, factory building and large cinema and shopping complex construction projects(Company Profile,2014). In the Large scale of organization can be take to the evaluate in Sierra Construction ltd. Company is Establish in 1981. Now the company is in Colombo stock exchange to PLC organization. Mainly its strategic partnership with LOLC and browns group. Operate in Large scale project based n main Six companies wise. Water and suvage, Tele communication, Electrical, Road, pilling and civil Engineering. Almost including 1800 professional Engineering all together 20000 Employees are working(Company Profile,2014).
