This chart may seem annoyingly obvious to you.

Just know it is considered sickeningly transphobic among many lefties on social media.

Female & Male: Sex is Biological

Girl = female human child. Woman = female human adult. Boy = male human child. Man = male human adult.

Human born female Visible genitalia: labia, clitoris & vaginal opening

Human born male Visible genitalia: penis & scrotum

Notes Does it seem odd when I put female in first column? Do you expect to read first about males as default and then females as not-males? Vaginas and penises are only parts of female and male reproductive systems. A vagina is not the absence of a penis and the female reproductive system is not the absence of a male reproductive system. During puberty boys will develop facial hair, girls will develop breasts. Boys will experience nocturnal emissions and spontaneous erections. Girls will start ovulating and menstruating. Femaleness is an integral part of being a woman. Acknowledging this does not mean a womans entire human life is limited to her reproductive role, any more than a mans entire human life is limited to producing sperm. Either females or males may need specialized services of endocrinologist, urologist (as females also have urinary tract systems), or oncologist. Only females need specialized services of gynecologist or obstetrician. Females and males both benefit from birth control services, but only females need abortions. Size, strength and shape can vary on an individual level, but humans are still a sexually dimorphic species.

Addl parts of reproductive system: ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, vaginal canal (elastic, muscular, lining provides lubrication & sensation)

Addl parts of reproductive system: prostate gland, seminal vesicle, vas deferens, urethra, testes

Has female chromosomes, will mature sexually via female hormones.

Potential biological role in reproduction: incubate fetus, deliver & breastfeed baby.

Potential biological role in reproduction: Inseminator.

Examples of medical problems exclusive to females: dysmenorrhea, polycystic ovarian syndrome, uterine fibroids, mastitis during breastfeeding, ovarian/uterine/cervical cancer, unwanted or dangerous pregnancy. Women are generally smaller w/ less muscle mass. Bone shape and body fat distribution also differ from males.

Examples of medical problems exclusive to males: erectile dysfunction, Peyronies disease, testicular/prostate cancer.

Men are generally larger w/ more muscle mass. Bone shape and body fat distribution also differ from females.

*While this chart describes the sexual biology of the vast majority of humans, which species is dependent upon two distinct sexes for purposes of reproduction, it does not describe the reality of the very small percentage of humans born intersex. However, the feminist deconstruction of gender does benefit intersex people. **This does not mean a woman who has had a hysterectomy is no longer female or that a man who has had a vasectomy is no longer male. Some humans have lost limbs over the course of their lives, but we still say humans are bipedal mammals.
