MARKET WRAP
Indian mkt ended higher. Nifty and Sensex up by 1.36% & 1.38%. Asia- Pacific traded higher. Hang Sng up 1.88% & Nikkei 1.73%. Wall St dwn. French Flash Mfg PMI 51.9. Dow Fut up 37.50 pts. Indian markets closed at all time high. Foreign investors have been particularly heavy buyers during the rally as a net buying $495 million in Indian banks, while selling a net $791 million in pharmaceutical and biotechnology shares. The Sensex rose 300 points to 22055 and Nifty climbed 88 points to 6583. European stocks are trading down.

stock recommendation for 25/03/2014 is Punjab National Bank. It has been trading in uptrend from last few months. In todays trading session, it was down by 3.43%. On the daily chart, it made a bullish candlestick and has taken resistance at trendline level; if it comes above this level then we can see some upside movement in the stock. Momentum indicator stochastic is also trading in positive territory. Its short term support level is at 600. One can go for short position in this stock above 665. The stock may test level of 745 in coming days.

Our recommendation on PNB is LONG above 665 for the Target of 674-685.
