Election for the 16th Loksabha will be held in nine phases, the longest election in the countrys history, from 7 April to 12 May 2014 . Voting will take place in all 543 Parliamentary constituencies of the country to elect Members of Parliament in the Lok Sabha. The result of this election will be declared on 16 May 2014, before the current 15th Lok Sabha completes its constitutional mandate on 31 May 2014. According to the Election Commission of India the electoral strength in 2014 is 81.45 crores peoples (814.5 million), the largest in the world. There is an increase of 10 crores (100 million) newly eligible voters. This also will be the longest and the costliest general election in the history of the country with the Election Commission of India estimating that the election will cost the exchequer Rs 3,500 crores, excluding the expenses incurred for security and individual political parties. Parties are expected to spend 30,500 crores (about US$5 billion) in the election, according to the Centre for Media Studies. This is three times the amount spent in the last election and is the worlds second highest after the US$7 billion spent on the 2012 Presidential elections. Before we look into the Muhurat chart we have to see the Foundation chart of the country, Pieces New Moon Hindu Chart of 2014, Solar Ingress of Aries , Paksha Kundali and the Eclipses in April 2014. India In the Foundation chart the Dasha of Sun-Mer-Saturn-Ven-Jup will be in operation on the Election day and Sun-Mercury till 5th May 2014 . The 5th Sub dasha Lord Jupiter 8th Lord is placed in the 6th house where Saturn, Rahu are in Transit and Jupiter 8th Lord Transit over natal Mars , The effects are clear . I have written in number of articles using Rudramsha that the dasha odf Sun-Mer-Sat and Sun -Ketu will not be good for the fact that The Lagna of Rudramsha is Aquarius and Saturn is Placed in the 8th house , Sun in the 5th aspected by Saturn and Mercury in the 10th house as 8th Lord again aspected by Saturn . Rahu, Ketu and Mars are placed in the Lagna and

therefore the results are clear, we have already seen at the time of The Partition , Blue star operations and then at the time of PrimeMinister Indra Gandhi being shot dead in 1984. The recent Uttra Khand disaster also took place in the dasha of Sun-Sat-Mercury . In the foundation chart Transit Saturn is aspecting the Natal Sun from the 6th and over the 8th lord , hence there will be change in the Ruling Govt. Sun MD and AD Mercury will be in Pieces ill placed on the 7th April 2014 and transit Saturn will be in the 8th from the Transit Sun the Maha dasha Lord . Dasha of Sun-Ketu will be worst , Ketu is placed in the 7th house and its dispositor is Mars who is the 12th and 7th lord placed in the 2nd house where total SAV are very low 18 . In navamsha Sun is Placed in the Lagna and is the 6th lord he is aspected both by Mars and Saturn Mercury is placed in Scorpio sign as the 4th and the 6th lord . Between the 18th to 25th April 2014, Transit Mars will be over the over the 8th house over the Lagna Lord Saturn in Rudramsha .Transit Saturn will be over Sun in Rudramsha and it has been seen earlier that Sun and Mars in adverse house create untoward happenings Ketu is placed in the Lagna of the Rudramsha chart with Mars needless to explain . SunKetu dasha from the 5th May 2014 will be worse , since Ketu Placed in the 6th house and aspected by both Mars and Saturn . Solar ingress chart of Sun in Aries Day is Monday and the Nakshatra is Haste short and dynamic, there will be untoward happenings in the west direction . Since the Tithi is Rikta Chaturdashi animals will be killed may be due to Natural calamities and fires . The sign rising is same of the Foundation chart of India and is not good. Sun is placed in the 12 house and in close degrees of Rahu-Ketu , aspected by both Retrograde Saturn and Fallen and Retrograde Mars who is with Moon , Mercury is Deblitated and Saturn is placed in the 6th house . Venus will give hinderances being placed in the 10th house as the 6th lord for the Prime Minister of the country and again has exchange with Saturn shows a change . Sun and Moon are also afflicted . When Sun is Placed in the 12th house it signifies results pertaining to the 12th house coming for the 3 months , hence from the above charts it is crystal clear that the Planetary positions are not condusive to give good results for the Political Scenerio and there will be a change which may not be able to bring stability for at least 67 months and there may be forced reelections also as seen from the the slow moving planets in Retrogression and Mars extened stay in libra and Virgo. . . Muhurat chart for start of General Elections Let us now try to analyse what the Muhurat chart has to say at the time when the General Elections are being Started. The Date of Start of the elections is 7th April 2014 08-00 am and the chart is Below.

Lagna is aspected by Prishtadayo planets Saturn degree aspect at 28.14 degrees and Mars from the 6th house , Lagna Lord Mars is Fallen and Retrograde and placed in the 6 th house at 25.33 degrees and close to the MEP, Lagna is weak, Movable and Prishtodayo sign having Malefic and aspected by malefics , indicates that the change will be there which will be bad for the ruling Party and the country as well . The Lagna is the 12th house of the foundation chart, 6th house of the Hindu new Moon Pieces chart of 2014. Transit Moon is also placed in the 12th house of the natal Moon of the foundation chart. Natal Moon is in Pushya nak. and Transit Moon is in Nak. of Jupiter 9th Tara and is neutral , who is the 8th and the 11th Lord of the Foundation chart .There is an Exchange of the 3rd and the 12th Lord and 12th lord is also the 9th lord and aspecting the 7th house is a clear indication of of spying and some espoinage by the allaince groups and may use religon for that purpose of taking some mileage in Political areas. There are no benefics in Kendra or Trikona. Lagna Lord Mars is afflicted and badly placed in the 6 th house ,as explained above in the 6th house of the natural zodiac and we all are aware of the sinifications a afflicted Mars aspecting Lagna and Ketu can do. The Lagna Lord is there for weaker than the the 7th lord Venus who is placed well in the 11th house in the sign of Aquarius and has exchange with Saturn who is placed in the 7th house digbali . Hence the ruling Govt. will be weaker than the opposition Parties contesting elections , 7th Lord is in 3rd navamsha and hence in benefic navamsha of Jupiter and Jupiter in Query chart also aspecting it . The 7 th Lord Venus is also in the Lagna of the Navamsha signifying the Gain of the 7th lord and is also the 11th lord of the navamsha . Between Lagna Lord and the 7th lord who so ever is Retrograde is weaker, here Mars is retrograde and hence weaker Lagna Lord gone in the navamsha of Sun who is in the 12th house and with debilitated Mercury in the Query chart. 7th Lord Placed in the 11th house is good ,but exchange with 11th Lord who is Retrograde and any connection of the 11th lord becoming Retrograde will delay, obstruct the gains , there will be hinderances and tensions but success in the end, This is not good for elections, there may be lot of ups and downs and a tug of war in the formation of the Govt. , It shows repeated struggles to win the elections , there will be obstructions and tensions but favourable in the end for the opposition parties . In Navamsha also Venus the 7th Lord is influenced by 10th and 11th Lord Saturn who is Retrograde. This is depicting that , although the Congress ruling party is weaker than the opposition party the Opposition Party though may gain in the elections will also not be able to bring concrete results and a clear mandate , they may also face struggles and hinderances in the fight for winning . Mars Retrograde is a Planet which will not allow any thing to happen easily. Mars has enetered Virgo in fallen state on the 25th March 2014 and will remain in this Rashi for 111 days it will be stationary on the 19th 20th May 2014 and become direct then .On the 13-14th July it will be in degree conjuction with Rahu at 29.53 degrees in Virgo. Rahu and Mars combination is most volatile , even in the chart above Mars is at the mouth of Rahu and was in very close degrees with Rahu till the 25th March 2014 in Libra . It is well known in astrology that if Mars is afflicted it causes all sorts of untoward happenings and specially on the mouth of Rahu is most volatile , we already seen the Malayasian Plane MH370 missing . The Period from 25th March to 14th July 2014 will be most uneventful for Politics . . Intentions of the Ruling party, when ever Saturn and Mars are aspecting the Lagna the intentions of the ruling party are also not good specially when any criminal activity takes place. 10th House is the Authority, and not aspected by any planet and 10 th Lord is at the MEP in the 7th house and Retrograde, the Judgement may not be fair in the elections

. Loss of Political Power by ruling party . The . dispositor of the Lagna lord is posited in malefic sign or trik house, here the disposiotr of the Lagna Lord is Mercury and is Deblitated and Placed in trik bhava and with Sun . Lagna Lord posited in the 6th house Retrograde and Fallen. There can be imprisonment if Lagna lord is weak and placed in the 6th house , Mars is Placed in the 6th house . Benefic planets are placed in odd signs and aspected by Bnefics , the Vote of Trust will be withdrawn by the public from the Ruling Party Congress. Yama Chart Below As far as the Yama chart is concerned The day lord Moon is in the 1st Yama of Venus . Moon and Venus have good relation in the Muhurat chart Day Lord Moon is Favourable for the 7th lord Venus, hence day Lord Moon is strong . Lagnesh Mars is in the Yama of Mercury who is Deblitated and aspecting Mars in the muhurat chartand placed with Sun in the 12th house is weak, Hence Lagnesh is weak. 7th Lord Venus is placed in the Yama of Saturn and has exchange with Saturn in the muhurat chart. Saturn is digbali but retrograde .Hence Lagna is extremely weak for the elections and Congress may beat a hasty retreat and lose the elections and opposition parties may come forward , who will also have to make repeated efforts and after lot of hinderances they will achieve some success. Yama Moon and Prashan /muhurat Moon are not well placed and in 2/12 axis shows hinderances . Sat Moon Rahu Day Lord is exhalted , but in 2/12 position with Prashna Moon Ven is hinderances in the event 1st Yama Sun 11th Lord Saturn is in the sign of Jupiter and aspected by Mer Jup Mars Jupiter and 5/9 axis, Hence good for the opposition , hence the winner will be the opposition Political parties.. The Yama of Saturn , Jupiter is placed in Gemini and signifies South East Direction, hence the opposition will win from this direction. Lagnesh is placed in the sign of Mercury and in the muhurat chart it is placed in the sign of Pieces and signifies North east direction, hence the rulling party can only gain from here some votes , Dispositor of 7th Lord Venus is Placed in the sign of Libra and hence the opposition will gain from West direction. There will be lot of Hurdles also for the opposition to come in power, there will be destability till Saturn is Retrograde till 22nd July 2014 Navamsha Navamsha Lagna Degrees are 19.36 and the Nakshatra is Sun who is placed in the 12th house as 5th Lordwith 3rd and 6th lord and exchange with 12th lord . As per mathematical navamsha the nakshatra of the navamsha is Swati and the Lord s Rahu and in the forward motion is not showing stability in the outcome of the elections. Lagna Lord Mars is Retrograde and its navamsha are reducing on the 20th May it will be at 14.57 degrees , it is in the 5th navamsha , it has gone down by 3 navamsha . Hence the strength at the time of the results of the elections Congress will lose almost 66% strength. Mars has infact gone down from 3.28 degrees in Libra to Virgo 14.57 degrees , hence the strength has been reduced by 6 navamsha , hence the strength in the elections will only be 33%. , Hence congress will not be able to score more than 80-90 seats. Considering it has majority now in the 15th Term and has 272 votes. On the 16th May 2014 at the time of the results Venus will complete 6th navamsha and hence will get around 181 seats and will require the support of the alliance parties. Venus will then be in Exhaltation and then Reach Lagna on the 25th May 2014. Mars will be in stationary motion between the 19th to 21st May 2014 and will also be on the eclipse

Venus will then be in Rahu-Ketu axis as well. 27th May 2014 will again be a very important date for the Elections , since then Venus will be in Rahu-Ketu axis in degree conjuction.The calculation of the seats above have been purely on the navamsha basis. Since in the navamsha the Lagna lord is placed in the 4th house in a female sign and own sign, who is the dispositor of the 7th lord , hence the King maker could be a female Politician. I have already discussed the positioning of the Lagna lord and the 7th lord and 11 th lord here also the 7th and 11th lord of the muhurat chart are connected and Lagna Lord is ill influenced . 7th Lord in the 3rd Navamsha . 1st navamsha is its own navamsha of Libra, second is of Mars, hence there may be Political leaders who will shift from Congress to BJP and the number will be high. 3rd Navamsha is of Jupiter where Venus is placed and bring it to power only 36 minutes of the 200 minutes and only 9 % will be others supporting the opposition party coming in power . These 9% will be influencing the elections greatly. Varga chart as per Prashna Marg D6 Shashtamsha to be used to find the strength of Mars, In this chart Mars is placed in the 7th house in inimical sign and aspected by Saturn . The Lagna of the Muhurat chart has become the 8th house of this chart and rahu-Ketu in this house shows that for the time to come Congress may not be able to come in power for a very long time . For the strength of 7th Lord we have to see D5 Panchamsha and here Venus is placed well in the 5th house aspecting the 11th house and its dispositor is in the Lagna . D3o Chart

Saturn the planet is influencing the Muhurat chart and the Trishamsha hence there could be untoward happenings after the 7th April 2014 . Saturn is a planet of Democracy and with Rahu and Retrograde , hence there will be delay and hurdles and untoward happenings Lagna is having Saturn hence shows the Ruling party will suffer by their own creation. , 2nd house has Mars and shows that there will be no support from the Party members and split in the Party. 7th house has Rahu and Ketu the Society will not welcome the ruling party and people may not cast their Vote for them. 8th house is aspected by Mars , Lagna Lord is also aspected by Mars, Mercury is ill placed in the 12th house , planets in the 3,6,8 and 12th houses in varga charts do not give good results . , Aries sign has Rahu-Ketu the Lagna of the Muhurat chart. Trishamsha Lord of the 6th Lord is Mercury Exhalted and 8th Lord is Mars and both are connected in the Muhurat chart, shows untoward happenings , they are in 6/12 axis , hence fights and turbulance in the elections . Mars placed in the 6th house is connecting the 6,8 and 12th house is suicidal in this Query chart. Nakshatra Sanghatta Chakra Lagna has veda by Saturn Saturn is also aspecting the Lagna and Sun by Ketu placed in the 12th house , Mercury will face vedha from Ketu when it joins Sun . in the next nakshatra on the 13-14th April 2014.

Mars Transit for 111 days in Virgo and Retrograde till 20th May 2014 will be most volatile . From the baove it is clear that there will be no stability in the Political scenerio and the Ruling Party Congress will have to beat a hasty retreat. The Opposion party will also face hurdles and there will be tug of wars between the 3 Parties to come in power. Women Politicians will be instrumental in forming the Govt. and may become the King maker. Other Political parties needless to name w ill pose tuff situations and hurdles for the BJP to come in power, though they may get success after lot of hurdles. The Transit and Dasha Period of India does not show any signs of Stability till mars and Saturn have exchange on the 28th Nov 2014. There will be no political party who will come with clear mandate. The chakras are also showing malefic stances and i have given my Predictions in my earlier articles on this already.
