APOL Prototype with Si MOSFETs & CMOS


Adiabatic Point-of-Load (APOL) converter prototype was constructed using commercially available open-source PWB software and commercial parts
Open space on PWB was reserved for future size growth for radiation hardened designs

A record power efficiency of 98.99% was obtained and the efficiency > 97.5% for all lines, loads and temperatures
