This chapter aims to understand the research methodology esta!lishing a framework of evaluation and revaluation of primary and secondary research The techni+ues and concepts used during primary research in order to arrive at findings, which are also dealt with and lead to a logical deduction towards the analysis and results 0*- ESEA 15 4ESIGN The research design applied here was %escripti9e research* -*ploratory .esearch is one in we don#t know a!out the pro!lem& we have to find a!out the pro!lem and then work on solving the pro!lem /hereas in case of descriptive research& we know the pro!lem& we $ust have to find the solution to the pro!lem Generally descriptive research design is applied after e*ploratory research design 0ere after doing the secondary research& we found the general perception a!out the retail !aking !ut then in second phase we tried to figure out where the difference lies and on what !asis the !anks differ from each other
