The credibility of the religion of Islam contrasted with all other divine religions of the past is the aspect of authenticity and reliability. In the religion of Islam every aspect has been accurately and precisely preserved with its minutest details from the very inception of wahi (revelation) up to this day. Fourteen centuries have gone by, yet we find that the Holy Qur an still stands up to this day in its original form untouched. !et alone a verse of the Qur an, not even a single letter has been distorted or changed. Its preservation is not limited to the scrolls and pages" instead it has found its place in the recesses of the hearts of even little children of this ummah. #imilarly the $ubaara% &haadith of 'asulullah (#allallahu &layhi (asallam) ) which in reality is the commentary of the Qur an #hareef ) up to this day e*ist in the thousands, with sound authentic chains +oining up to Ha,rat 'asulullah (#allallahu &layhi (asallam). How can it not be so, when &llah Ta ala himself had ta%en the divine onus and responsibility of protecting and preserving the #hari ah of Islam till the end of time- &llah Ta ala states. : /Indeed, (e are the 0nes who have sent down the 1i%r (the Qur aan), and (e will surely protect it.2 (#urah &l3Hi+r, &ayah 4)

Main causes for the Misguidance of Judaism and Christianity

(hen it comes to the religion of 5udaism and 6hristianity, there are many e*plained causes for their misguidance. However, the main two causes which the Quran highlights are as follows. Firstly, they distorted and interpolated their boo%s and divine scriptures" the Tawraah and In+eel to such an e*tent that there does not remain even a single narration that authentically +oins up to their &mbiya " Ha,rat $usa (&layhis #alaam) and Ha,rat Isa (&layhis #alaam). #econdly, they adopted the path of e*tremism in their 7een. In the case of the 5ews, they disrespected their &mbiya and pious and bore hatred within their hearts against them, to such an e*tent that they hurled abuse and physically tormented them, and even went to the point of %illing them. In the case of the 6hristians, they praised and e*tolled 8abi Isa (&layhis #alaam) beyond limits, till finally they elevated him to the position of deityhood. Hence we gauge that the misguidance of these two misguided sects revolved around distortion (of their divine religion) and e*tremism (the elements of e*treme love and e*cessive hatred).
