Everyone desires a beautiful physique. Unfortunately, most can only go as far as dreaming of having one. by, would you stop whatever youre doing for a moment and look at the vehicle with such marvel? --- Most likely you will. And why is such a car greatly admired by almost everyone who gets a chance to see it? The answer is obvious. ---Not everybody can drive a machine of beauty on the street and it is a rare treat for everyone to witness a true mechanical masterpiece.

Picture yourself for a moment driving that Ferrari on a busy street. All the

people you pass by cant help but turn their heads towards your direction with their faces gaping with awe. It feels amazing doesnt it? You see, when you possess something so rare, you get paid with much reverence and appreciation.

People admire and respect you for having something that others cannot easily acquire. Anything that is considered uncommon in terms of skills, traits, possessions, or talents can create and portray such an extraordinary aura.

In this country, success and beauty have somewhat become almost

inextricable. And like in most cultures, beauty has now evolved into a symbol of power. As a result, major businesses are generating enormous revenues out of this emblematic element as the rising population spends more money to attain the central component of this vanity.

In the world of television, competition has become tough and rigid. A person with a good outer-shell appearance would have more chances of maintaining his/her spot in the unforgiving game of showbiz. And to preserve their standings, they resort to discreet measures of face and body alterations. Women are twice likely to go under such major procedures, while men are more inclined to get the less serious treatments, and rather go to the gym for body toning.

However, these variants are dramatically changing as the publics sub consciousness gets more bombarded by tness propagandas. New breeds of vitamins, herbs, muscle enhancers, and fat-loss supplements are being advertised everywhere from billboards to magazines, commercials, etc. Magazines baring lean and toned bodies to the extremes are swarming all over the novelty shelves, making them the most popular to obtain; thus an increasing number of people are becoming more concerned not just with health but also with appearance. The notion of over-all wellness is now being redened and identied with looking lean and chiseled.

Business companies have recognized this transcending era, and so they

begin to build commercial gyms everywhere as they nd the perfect niche for the emerging tness population. The ratios of gym members have nearly doubled in the last few years and the numbers just keep increasing.

Average income people are now three times likely to hit the gym alone,

while the ones from media and afuent circles are ten times more likely to get cosmetic treatments and have commercial gym memberships simultaneously. This guesstimate has a signicant correlation with the large percentage of gym members and income variables.

This emerging trend is making a great positive impact on our nation as we are being encouraged to develop awareness for our own health and tness. However, despite the unlimited access to state of the art equipment many gyms provide, most are still out of shape and dissatised with the outcome of their hard work and efforts. In turn, majority end up spending their hard earned cash on non-proven weight-loss pills to desperately attain their dream bodies. The misleading maxim, eat less, work out more has been widely programmed into almost everyones minds as the right thing to follow today.

After years of doing extensive research, studying and surveying, I had the

opportunity to meet and chat with different types of people who were involved in a gym or exercise program. My general ndings and observations were quite remarkable.

I discovered that majority of my subjects were hard working but not relatively satised with their present physical appearance. Almost all of them exercise daily, averaging 2-3 hours per session. About 40 percent of these variants have been doing the same routine of exercises for a long period of time.

Only 3 out of every 12 gym-goers are fairly contented with his/her physical state, while others are still trying to improve their imperfections. Nutritionally speaking, 1 out of every 10 people is somewhat knowledgeable about proper eating and supports the notion of decreasing the quantity and frequency of food intake when going on a diet.

A more shocking discovery is that for every 8 instructors I tallied for short interviews, an average of 5 were not well-oriented when it came to proper diet and training. (No wonder there are so many out-of-shape people walking around most tness facilities!).

The most notable factor I learned is that people have the eagerness to listen and hear about proper training and nutrition. In every 20 subjects Ive encountered, more than 90% of them were very willing to know about the right principles, and nearly half would request for a designed workout and diet program for them to follow.

These data are solely based on my personal ndings, although they still do make an important point about the correlation between ones physical state of tness and the level of knowledge towards training and nutrition.

The observations clearly conclude that the general population of tness goers is highly dominated by a ratio of people who are very much unaware and unknowledgeable of proper training and nutrition.

Fortunately, some employ the best legitimate nutritionists and trainers available out there, but only few can afford to do that. What about the rest? Those who are lost in a never-ending quest for their tness goals? Who will be willing to help these people out for free?

Years ago, junk food were what I lived on and yes, indulging on pizza, ice cream, burgers, and cheesecake for more than several times a week was quite a heavenly treat. Often times, I developed the feeling of guilt from my terrible habit, but I was relatively good at banishing the very same emotion with more of the food that I had gotten so used to eating.

One lazy afternoon, I felt so lethargic and bloated from nishing a bag of chips and a pint of ice cream that all I wanted to do afterwards was go to sleep. As I went into my room and took off my shirt, I was completely stunned by the reection I saw in the mirrorI was disgusted! I am fat! I yelled in my mind. How could I let myself get this bad? I stared at the reection for a while and realized that my bad eating habits had taken a great toll on me, and consequently, my self-esteem inevitably fell ---rock hard bottom.

I told myself that if I dont quit living off junk food, my body will soon turn into a gigantic balloon! So I knew I had to create a master plan on how to get rid of the nasty love handles I had developed around my belly ---- and I knew from the beginning that it was not going to be easy. It was going to be one heck of a challenge!

I couldnt run away from the reality ---- the fact that I was in very bad

shape. At that point, it seemed that the effort it would take for me to change my physique into something like the picture I saw from a muscle magazine was almost impossible. I couldnt even nd a point of where, when, and how to begin. I was absolutely clueless of what I should do in order to take that rst step.

To nally get started, I decided to skim through pages of the tness

magazines I just obtained in order to pick up some ideas. I stayed up many late nights to catch up on the infomercials they showed on television about the devices that were supposedly guaranteed to make me very lean and t without breaking a single sweat. Convinced by the infomercials, I ended up investing a huge amount of my milk money on one of those exercise equipment --- and there I was, I thought, I was all geared up towards a nice chiseled body just like those in the magazines.

There was also one more thing I denitely had to work on ---- my diet. I had

to correct my eating habits by completely avoiding the junk and drastically cutting down on my consumption of food. I had to diet properly by eating less- right? So I did that by eating only one regular meal per day. My sound diet consisted of water in the morning, orange juice or diet soda with a few pieces of crackers in the afternoon, and in the evening,

I would usually eat until I got full (though sometimes out of fatigue, I would end up skipping the meal altogether). Next my exercise routine, which was the most brutal part, consisted of

doing hundreds of sit-ups a day and walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I tell you it was hard at rst, since having nothing to eat all day made me feel so weak and lethargic. But eventually, I got used to the habit and learned to overcome the difculties with the will power I thought I had proudly developed.

Two months later I did lose weight--- I mean lot of weight! I went from

160 down to 120. But then the results didnt seem to satisfy me at all because my body still looked the same! Although I noticed my body getting smaller with no sign of denition yet. I was quite disappointed, but I was not going to just give up easily. I thought I would be able to nally see my abdominal muscles if I could just lose a couple more pounds, or maybe even 20 more. So I put more work into my program by running outdoors about 4 miles a day. Afterwards, Id go straight to the gym and hit the weights for more than an hour or so.

In the span of a few weeks, I cut my weight down tremendously, but still, I didnt see enough improvement. I was beginning to get frustrated and I thought maybe, what I was doing was still not enough, so I decided to do the workouts twice as

long as before! I tell you this whole crazy routine got me feeling so drained out, but I was presuming that I was making a sacrice for the best.

Not at all! Boy was I wrong! At the end of it all, I was down to 105 pounds and there were still no denition nor signs of abdominal muscles which I was desperately hoping to show up.

I became so skinny but the shape of my body remained the same. I just looked like a smaller version of what I was before. I got so frustrated and incredibly weak from the exhaustion that I got to the point of giving up altogether. I stopped lifting weights, quit running, and went back to my old eating habits. Even worse, I started binging on all the junk food I had been craving for all those months! Sadly, in a heartbeat all my hard work and sacrices went down the drain. I was back to my old self, and even more out of shape than before.

Why didnt my program work? What did I do wrong? I found the answers

the hard way. Everything was all a monumental mistake! First of all, my exercise program was a waste of precious time because the efforts I put into my workouts were simply pathetic! Although at the latter part, I exerted more time and work into the exercise program, what I did was actually even worse than before!

Why was my program so pathetic and useless? Because in the rst few months, the efforts I applied were so light that they were not enough to positively reshape my physique. Afterwards, the 2-3 hour grueling daily workout routines were as bad or worse, because I never gave my body enough time to recuperate properly from all the grueling workouts. As a result, I was always struggling to overcome fatigue in the gym. I tell you exercise was no fun! It was absolute torture!

What about the diet? That was another part of the foolish blunders I had committed throughout the experience. Even though I cut my calories down to a whopping 85 percent less than what I normally consumed a day, my body was somehow holding onto the fat tighter than before and they just couldnt seem to melt away! The lesser I ate the more I got frustrated with losing those fats. I was totally oblivious and dumbfounded --- wondering why the shape of my body wouldnt change into what I wanted despite all that weight loss.

It was all a big mystery for a long time, until I eventually learned that although I was losing weight, the weight loss was not coming from the fat, it was coming from the muscles! It turned out that my body did not want to burn the fat that I was trying so hard to get rid of. The exercise and diet program I was actually on was meant for burning the muscles (muscles, the furnace of ridding the fat) instead! My plan was a total disaster!

Fortunately, in time, I wised up. I refocused and discovered a way to sure physical success. Although I wished I knew better from the start, now I dont regret those past mistakes. I rmly believe that those mistakes I made were integral to the learning process I had to go through and in fact, they also became the stepping stones to my success.

After all the painstaking studies and collective research I had done about proper training and nutrition, I was nally able to see the blue sky behind those gray clouds. In no time, the body I could only have dreamt of having in the past, nally became a reality --- a Dream Body Come True.

Luckily, you wont have to repeat the same mistakes I made. This book will tell you how to do everything the right way to avoid experiencing the same disappointments and frustrations I went through.
