5. INSTALLATION
6.1. Installation of the Sim Card Please ensure that Sim Card has incoming call display function, no call forwarding service and PIN code is off A. With pointed shaped object touches the card slot switch, let SIM card slot out B. Put the sim card with the meter side down in the deck, as per the picture below,

[Note: device will not work unless SIM card has been inserted] C. Insert the card slot into the device, it will be switched on automatically. After the device starting, GPS and GSM signal LED will be light for a while. A minute later, the tracker finishes the initialized process. GSM (red) LED will flash once every three seconds. GPS (green) LED will flash once every three seconds after finding the signal.

INSTALLATION OF CUT RELAY

1. When you turn to ACC site, the engine doesnt work, it can offer power for car electronics, such as car radio, car DVD and so on. 2. When you turn to ON site (Also named No.15 line), the engine can run but cant start at this gear, all electronics can be used except starter. 3. When you turn to Start site, the starter can work, then turn to ON site after engine work well

7. Operation 7.1. Emergency alarm (SOS) The owner can press the "SOS button" for help in any state. Press "SOS button" for 5 seconds: The system will dial the SOS number automatically for help, and send coordinate information to the preset number or platform (platform is prior). Note, the device is silent when it calling SOS number. 7.2. Two-way communication Authorization number call the tracker, it will pick up the phone automatically. The communication would be easier; it is also very convenient for management center to schedule. (As per chapter twelve) 7.3. Listen-in Authorization number call the tracker, it will pick up the phone automatically. Then you can check the inside situation of the vehicle by monitoring the sound environment. 7.4. SMS and Platform control You can operate and control the vehicle via SMS or Platform,

After log in, you need to register vehicle information on web software: 2. Build vehicle database
1). Add Group:

2). Add Vehicles Go to InfoManager ---> Vehicle Manager

Plate number will be the vehicle title showing on the map. Click save Note TerminalID: This is very important. It is 11 digit number, If you defined this number as 00100100100 here, you should also set this ID for *GP004 command For example, set tracker ID as: *GP004,00100100100,0000 When below window appear after you save data, it means your input data is incorrect. Mainly because you entered incomplete information or there are some duplicate data

3). Create account

If users need their own log in name and password, they need to create an independent log in account to protect their business, not allowing others to see their fleet.

Note Admin is top authority, it can assign sub account, add/delete all database. If you do not have more than 10 cars, please select user. Make sure the created account includes correct group, and the time zone.

Setup the ID number: *GP004,00100100100,0000 ( Important: the ID must be the same as TerminalID configured in the above software platform ) 3. Setup the IP, Port etc: *GP012, CMNET,,, 211.154.151.97,9000,30,0000 ( *GP012, APN, Username, Password, IP, Port, Report time interval, Password Our IP: 211.154.151.97 Port: 9000 APN: you need to check your local SIM card provider what is APN, user name and password ) 4. Setup ACC on and ACC off different report time interval: *GP003,3,0000 ( ET700 will report at every 30 minutes after vehicle engine is off, 3=30 minutes, 4= 40 minutes, etc)

6. FAQ A: Why the device cant be online on tracking software after I setup above parameters B: Please check below parameters are correct: 1. ID number should be the same as TerminalID number registered in your account. 2. Check if you can receive the SMS reply after you set the *GP001,*GP004, *GP012 command 3. Check the SIM card inserted the device is GPRS enabled? 4. Please check the APN, user name and password is correct. A: Why GPS could not locate? B: Please check is the tracker in the communication area and check the antenna connected well? A: Why the time show in the web software is not correct ? B: The time depends on your server, time zone set in your account and the strength of the communication signal. Please check all of them. A: Why the device show the speed 5Km/H in the map when it stops ? B: Because the GPS signal is not good, it will drift sometimes.

7. Online configure trackers parameters

Go to DeviceSetting ---> DeviceParams ----> Select the vehicle that you want to configure in the vehicle list ----> Select the device type ( important) ----> Select the detailed parameters you want to configure, e.g., set speed limit ----> Click Send

8. History track:
Go to FleetManagement ---> history ----> Select the vehicle that you want to see history trace ----> Select the history time period ----> Click Play history

----> Download history data into Excel file ( according to your need)

9. Geofence
Go to DeviceSetting ------> GeofenceAreaSetting ------> Click Add ------> Enter the geofence ID, geofence name, in/out alarm type, then click map ------> You can double click mouse to start draw the geofence on the map ------> Save

Go to DeviceSetting again -----> GeofenceWarningSetting ------> Search and select your vehicle ------> Select the geofence name
