We currently need to learn and work in another way. The most important moment to take a decision under the current global Knowledge Economy is now. The AMJ Smart Learning Systems, techniques, tools, methodologies, e-services and e-books were developed bearing in mind the organizational network structure of the Information Era (Figure 1), the learning process (Figure 2), the current information grow (Figure 3) and the new learning paradigms: Knowledge Management, Change Management, Quantitative Learning, Qualitative Learning, Skill Management and Business Intelligence.

Figure 2 represent the knowledge economy learning process, our systems will provide you with techniques, tools and methodologies for each step of the process, accelerating in this way the consecution of your objectives in any area of of Education, Management, Technology, Business, Research and Development. Figure 4 represents our e-interactive AMJ Smart Learning System. Our systems will act as a facilitator, and it will allow you to be in the core of the network, you will be able to progress and succeed following the actual learning structure. The small circles represent the unique techniques, tools and Methodologies (TTM) of each learning area.

The basic techniques, tools and methodologies (TTMs) of AMJ Smart Learning will help you to become a leader in your specialized area and develop your skills to their full potential very quickly, using new learning /working systems adapted to the current dynamic complexity. You will receive our AMJ Smart Learning Kit System via e-books or online training. It comprises 4 learning modules (Knowledge Management, Change Management, Quantitative Learning and Qualitative Learning), subdivided in 6 levels with learning guides, knowledge templates and evaluation tests that you can use in a flexible way, according to your own time and specific requirements. Professional System
