INTRODUCTION
Todays scenario is fast growing and health conscious people in Mumbai metro city. A proper time should be given for health fitness in this busy and fast running life. Health fitness can be gained by various ways like gym, exercise, swimming, yoga, etc. Proper mental and physical health can be gained through creating awareness about health in the minds of people. For this we see in market many health fitness gyms are providing service to people. gym is one of them which we have taken as our product to study the awareness about health fitness. So we conducted a survey of 60 people in AAROGYAM DHAN SAMPADA GYM Malad(west). Based on this we have done analysis & interpretation of collected data and we are going to present this to you by me.

Strength Training
This section is equipped with the latest VR and VR2 machines from Cybex, Precor Icarian, and Nautilus USA, which isolate targeted muscles for more specialized training. The location of the strength training machines is in such an area that all members / guest entering the gym feel the vigor and vitality of the place, and feel like working out.
Personal Training
Certified trainers are available to guide members through specialized programs. Personal trainers guide, motivate and make sure the member adheres to their program. The trainers are constantly updated on latest techniques through visiting Golds Gym trainers.

Spinning Studio
A good form of cardio workout, the spinning studio is fitted with spinning bikes. Spin away those calories to the rhythmic intensity of the instructor who guides you through various programs to increase heart rate and condition muscles while burning calories.
Cardio
The Cardio Vascular Section has state-of the art machines comprising of Treadmills, Recumbent Bikes, Elliptical machines, Arc Trainers & Rowers from StarTrac and Cybex, USA. The machines are sleek, stunning and very user friendly. The machines have TVs mounted in front of them to give the exerciser a view of local channels for entertainment.

In the above table 16 of the respondents prefer exercise at home for fitness. And 22 people do Yoga whereas 10 and 12 people prefer walking and gym respectively.

From the above table it can be concluded that 44 people of the respondents think that gym is necessary for fitness. Whereas only 16 people of them think gym is not necessary.
The above table noted that 25 people join gym for body fitness. 14 people join gym for proper diet plan. 15 people go to the gym to lose the weight. And only 6 of them join gym for weight gain program.

Conclusion:
1. According to the study most of the people prefer gym for body fitness other than control on diet or weight loss. 2. Mostly student prefer gym as compared to other. 3. Most of the people in the city do yoga. 4. Very less people face any physical problem as compare to people to facing under weight, obesity or other problem. 5. Most of the people think that Gym is necessary for the fitness. 6. Most of people join the Gym but not follow the diet rule, hence due to calories are being burn people face weaknesses. 7. People think that Gym really effect on their health. 8. Most of the people satisfied with gym services.
Suggestions:
Proper diet should be followed to avoid internal physical problems. According to the study most of the students are gym members but people who are self employed or having any job should also prefer gym to maintain the body health and avoid the stress. People should prefer gym so there wont be any discontinuity in there exercise routine.
