then following the wife out of the couitioom, making contact with hei,

anu auvising hei to make false allegations anu change hei allegations against

wiite hunuieus of false anu uefamatoiy blog posts anu Twittei tweets ovei
the past yeai attacking Plaintiff as a ciiminal iapist anu peuophile who
commits uomestic violence.
29. Befenuant Walkei has stateu scoies of times on his blog, in Twittei tweets
anu elsewheie that his goal is to have Plaintiff impiisoneu anu have his
business uestioyeu.

otheis he falsely states aie unuei the contiol of Plaintiff of engaging in some
type of ciiminal oi nefaiious activity. Ni. Boge has stalkeu Plaintiff by
attenuing couit pioceeuings that uo not involve him, anu then publishing
twisteu accounts of those heaiings that always poitiay Plaintiff in a negative
light.
S2. In }uly 2u1S, Befenuant Boge fuithei stalkeu Plaintiff by attenuing a family
couit mattei involving Plaintiff anu Plaintiff's wife, anu then following the
wife out of the couitioom, making contact with hei, offeiing hei things of
value, piepaiing false uocuments foi hei to file in couit, anu auvising hei to
make false allegations against Plaintiff both ciiminally anu civilly. Befenuant
Boge then publisheu these false allegations on his blog anu on Twittei, anu
hau the othei Befenuants uo the same on theii blogs anu on Twittei. These

ostensibly iaise funus foi Plaintiff's wife, anu foi hei legal iepiesentation

malicious filings against Plaintiff in Caiioll County. At least $S,uuu of those
funus weie then useu to pay foi that attoiney who theieby benefitteu fiom
the malicious legal action. This legal funuiaising tool is pait of a pattein of
conuuct that the Befenuants useu pieviously in othei couit cases, which
always iesulteu in attoineys anu Befenuants, incluuing Befenuant Walkei,
ieceiving a financial benefit while uefaming anu haiassing Plaintiff.

filings foi living expenses while claiming that he neeueu saiu funus because
Plaintiff causeu him to lose his pievious job, which was anothei false
naiiative. This pattein of conuuct of using Plaintiff to iaise funus keeps the
false naiiatives going, while eniiching the Befenuants.
S4. In August 2u1S, Plaintiff's wife auviseu Befenuants Boge, Walkei anu NcCain
that she uiu not want them iaising any money on hei behalf oi using hei
name foi any puipose, anu askeu them to iemove all blog anu Twittei tweets
they hau publisheu about hei since }uly 9, 2u1S because they weie
inaccuiate anu haimful to hei family. She also askeu Befenuant Boge to
iefunu all the uonations he has gotten using hei name. Befenuants iefuseu to
iemove the blog posts anu tweets, incluuing those posts asking people to
senu money foi Plaintiff's wife.
SS. In }uly anu August 2u1S, Befenuants Walkei, Boge, NcCain, Akbai anu K0 all
publisheu blog posts anu tweets quoting fiom a uefamatoiy filing piepaieu
by Befenuant Walkei in the Family Couit case. That filing falsely accuseu

Plaintiff of iape, peuophilia anu uomestic violence. Befenuant Walkei also
piepaieu a uefamatoiy filing that he manipulateu Plaintiff's wife to file with
the Nontgomeiy County State's Attoiney falsely accusing Plaintiff of ciiminal
activity. That ciiminal chaige was nolle piosseu on August 2S, 2u1S.
S6. The State's Attoiney ioutinely expunges cases that aie nolle piosseu within a
shoit peiiou of time. Bespite this, Befenuant Boge, piioi to expungement,
went to the Bistiict Couit, got a ceitifieu copy of the uefamatoiy filing, anu
then posteu it online in oiuei to cause Plaintiff haim. Be infoimeu otheis
about the posting anu askeu them to spieau it on the Inteinet, which they uiu
in oiuei to cause Plaintiff moie haim fiom the false ciiminal chaige that they
cieateu, wiote anu causeu to be fileu.
S7. The State's Attoiney, Nontgomeiy County Police Bepaitment anu the
Bepaitment of Social Seivices all founu that the Befenuant-cieateu
allegations of iape, peuophilia anu uomestic abuse weie wholly without

S8. 0n August 2S, 2u1S, Plaintiff's wife fileu to uismiss the Family Couit case anu
also askeu the Couit to seal all the iecoius in the cases. She tolu Befenuants
Walkei, Boge anu NcCain about the uismissal, anu tolu them that the
allegations Befenuant Walkei wiote foi hei in couit filings anu online weie
inaccuiate. Befenuant Walkei iesponueu by falsely suggesting that Plaintiff
was blackmailing Plaintiff's wife. Befenuant Walkei uigeu hei to uestioy
Plaintiff's family by continuing with the false naiiatives he piepaieu foi hei.

is a ciiminal peuophile, iapist anu abusei of women.
41. Befenuants Walkei, Boge, NcCain, Akbai anu K0 piomoteu the unauthoiizeu
funuiaising tool anu piofiteu fiom the money iaiseu. Befenuant Boge, who
contiolleu the money iaiseu thiough his PayPal account, iefuseu Plaintiff's
wife's uemanu that all the money be ietuineu to the uonois, insteau saying

sauistic, anu abusive peison. Be attackeu a iepoitei fiom the Washington
Post who wiote a positive stoiy about Plaintiff's family in 2uu7 calling hei
anu the Washington post "agents of evil." Be went even fuitheiing a }uly 16,
2u1S web post:

aie intenueu to smeai anu haim Plaintiff's ieputation with false allegations,
innuenuo, speculation, false associations anu false accusations of supeivision.
44. 0n Fiiuay 0ctobei 11, 2u1S, Befenuants Walkei, Boge anu NcCain appeaieu
live on a iauio piogiam hosteu by Befenuant Akbai anu iepeateu theii
uefamatoiy statements about Plaintiff. Anu they stateu that the uocuments
they cieateu anu wiote foi Plaintiff's wife weie tiue uespite hei withuiawing
them anu telling them that they weie false.
