DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we spouses, FERNANDO S. BIHASA and TERESSA S.

BIHASA, MYRNA B. ABUBO and AVELINO ABUBO, NICOLAS S. BIHASA and LIZA BIHASA, BENJAMIN S. BIHASA and EMELITA BIHASA, SIXTO S. BIHASA and ROSEMARIE BIHASA, and ESMERALDA S. BIHASA both of legal ages, Filipino citizens and with residence and postal address at Sitio, Cabituculan, Barangay Reserva, Baler, Aurora, one of the co-owner of a parcel of land, covered and embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-26856 of the Registry of Deeds of Aurora, which is more particularly describe as follows:
A parcel of land (Lot 229-U, of the subdivision plan Psd-04-120362, being a portion of Lot 2279, Pls-11, Pinagpatian Punlic Land Subdivision L.R.C. Record No. ), situated in the Brgy. Reserva, Municipality of Baler, Province of Aurora. Bounded on the NE., along line by Lot 2279-V on the SE., along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 2279-T; along line 4-5 by Lot 2279-R; on the SW., along line 5-6 by Lot 2279-E, all of the subdivision plan x x x x x x Containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN (8,197) SQUARE METERS.

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00) Philippines currency to me in hand paid by SPOUSES BENJIE O. AGSAOAY and DAISY S. BAJAS, both of legal age, Filipino citizens and with residence and postal address at Sitio Cabituculan, Brgy. Reserva, Baler, Aurora, I hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of absolute sale unto the said SPOUSES SPOUSES BENJIE O. AGSAOAY and DAISY S. BAJAS unto their heirs, assigns and executors my respective share containing an area of NINE HUNDRED TEN SQUARE METERS AND SEVENTY EIGHT SQUARE DECIMETER (910.78) portion of the above described parcel of land, including all the improvement found thereon, free from all kinds of liens and encumbrance. That I hereby declare for the purpose of giving full effect to this sale that this Conveyance is not within the purview of Republic Act 6657 and the land subject sold is within the limit prescribed by law.
