Our proposal is for Two Induced Draft Counter Flow Cooling Tower, One cooling tower has 2 working cells for boiler area and another Cooling tower has 1cell near STG building. Each of the 2 cooling towers have Fire Retardant Fiberglass structure and Film fill to meet the design conditions.

BaseSelection:
GTPL is pleased to offer two of our base selection models, 1) Model GS4545-D-11-02 to provide the cooling requirements for this project. This model is for counter flow cooling towers having 2 working cells , each cell has a nominal size of 4.5 m wide and 4.5 m long. Our price is based on a tower with a Fire Retardant Fiberglass structure. 2) Model GS4545-D-11-01 to provide the cooling requirements for this project. This model is for counter flow cooling towers having 1 working cells , each cell has a nominal size of 4.5 m wide and 4.5 m long. Our price is based on a tower with a Fire Retardant Fiberglass structure. Fill: The proposed fill for this selection is Film fill, made from PVC material. Mechanical: The cooling towers pulls air into the tower with one axial flow fan per cell. This fan is 3.04 meter in diameter and has 6 blades (no. of blades may vary). The fan is driven by 11 kW motor.

PricingTerms:
1. Proposal pricing is firm for acceptance by End March 2011. 2. Pricing is based on the standard lead time for this product which is 8 to 10 weeks after the return of approved Submittal Drawings. Contact GTPL if an expedited delivery time is required. 3. Submittal drawings can be provided within 4 weeks after the receipt of a purchase order.

PaymentTerms:
Total contract amount with Purchase Order by Irrevocable Letter of Credit from a GTPL Approved International bank. The LC will be payable as follows: Material & Labor: 20% of total contract amount at time of contract award Material: 80% At time of shipment.
