productivity and maximized up-time. Standard with our flapper style
vacuum receivers are an industrial hinge for consistent swing, as well
as an inductive prox for simple set-up and operation. The Vacuum
Receivers can also be purchased with orifice knife gates on the
output to allow the vessel to also serve as a surge hopper. CRG
Logics, Inc. offers a vacuum receiver for virtually every application
in its standard product line. Our team of experts is also available to
build to your custom design and accommodate the volume and port
sizes your application requires.

VESSEL SIZE
Output Style These are the standard sizes offered. CRG Logics, Inc. will also make custom sizes. For a custom size use Q/(cf).
KG – Integral Knifegate
FLP – Integral Flapper COVER STYLE
RV – This designates that the vacuum receiver does not come with a vacuum sequence valve.
Applications include vacuum receivers with a dedicated pump or vacuum receivers used in conjunction
with a vacuum sequence manifold or an external valve.
24 – This designates that there is a vacuum sequence valve located on the cover. Control voltage is 24V DC.
120 – This designates that there is a vacuum sequence valve located on the cover. Control voltage is 120V AC.
CYC – Cyclonic style body/cover. Only offered on vessel size F and larger.
CYCF – Cyclonic style body/cover with sock filters for capturing dust and fines in the process. Only
offered on vessel size F and larger.
DMA – This cover style designates that the vessel has built in dust filtration. The cover has dual vacuum
sequence valves for automatic back-flush using atmospheric air. Control Voltage is 24V DC.
DMC – This cover style designates that the vessel has built in dust filtration. The cover has compressed
air blow-back of the sock filtration system. Control Voltage is 24V DC.
SL – This cover style features an integrally mounted vacuum blower for conveying material over short
distances. This style eliminates the need for a central pump system. Only use this option if conveying
lower rates over relatively short distances.
OUTPUT STYLE
KG – The output of this vessel has an orifice knife gate. Knife gate size varies based on receiver volume.
FLP – Industrial Style flapper at the outlet.
