Dreams

I sat here, on the balcony of my house, as I did most summer nights, watching thousands and thousands of stars just floating in the dark sky, accompanied by a big, bright moon, but tonight, it felt different. I felt as if the moon was calling me, and the stars were inviting me to float with them. Maybe Im just tired. After all, I spent the whole last night recording and editing videos, I thought.

I decided to head inside to what my beautiful fiancee was doing. I walked through the hall, past our room, and the upstairs living room and headed downstairs, where I could hear her talking, probably in a recording session. Once I made it down the stairs I walked past the kitchen, past the Television room, and to the door of the office, and slipped in quietly. Hi Minx I said as I walked up to her. Hello Krism she said quickly in reply, her eyes still focused on the screen. Im not Mafia! I bet Ohm is just double-bluffing and hes really a jester! Minx said, once again focused on her game. I looked at the monitor to see that she what she playing, a game called Town of Salem, then I looked to her second monitor to see she was in a call with some of our friends, Ohm, D-live, Tesh, Entoan, Deaf, and Wade.

I grabbed the chair from the other desk and sat next to her. I decided to watch her play, even though I was tired. I just stared at her beautiful face, and how the light from the monitor illuminated her purple highlights in her hair. Minx was still talking to the people in the call, and I just listened, admiring her voice.

I waited until night had come in the game. Her role was jester, so she couldn't do anything at night.

Bebe? I loved calling her that. Yes, my soon to be wife? she replied, her eyes moving away from the screen and removing her headset and looked to me. I could see the love in her eyes. "You look tired Bebe, you should go to bed" Minx continued.

"Nuu, I don't want to go without you" I complained in the cutest voice I could do. She smiled, put her headset on over her purple highlights, turned back to the screen and said, "This is my last game" and I could hear the faint "ok"s from the headset and she continued on with the game. After about 15 minutes, their game was starting to wrap up. Bye guys Minx said into her microphone as she hung up. Come on, lets get you to bed, bebe she said as she turned to me. She grabbed my hands and pulled me up off the chair and I rested my head on her shoulder while her arm was around me as we walked past the television room, then the kitchen and headed up the stairs and to our room.

As soon as we walked into our room, Minx unwrapped her arms from me and and started to walk away to the closet, but before she got there, I grabbed her arm and pulled her back, Nuuu, stay with mee! I said, pulling her back and hugging her tightly, so she couldnt go anywhere. But, hon, I need to change she said, trying to hide the small smile on her face. Nuu, I wanna cuddles with you. I said, trying to drag her to the bed, but instead of fighting back or trying to get out of my arms, she grabbed my head and kissed my forehead, Ill cuddle with you after I change. Mm, fine I said, walking up to the bed and sitting down on the edge.

I sat patiently on the bed, waiting for my beautiful fiancee, and I had an urge to look out the large window next to my bed, and my eyes met the moon and the stars once again. And again, I felt as if the moon and stars were inviting me to come float with them. I must be more tired than I think I said quietly to myself, then I heard the door of the walk -in closet open. There was my soon-to-be wife standing in black pajama pants with purple spots and a black shirt that was a little bit too big that said Royalty in big, fancy, purple font.

Minx walked up to me and sat next to me, wrapping her arms around me, and looking me straight in the eyes, darting from my red eye, to my normal eye. I love you she said. I love you more, Bebe I told her, then as I pressed my lips against hers.

Minx had went back to her side of the bed, I could hear her soft breathing and her quiet snores. I was tired, but I couldnt sleep. I was laying in bed, my eyes just looking around the room, but not seeing much through the darkness. The only light was from the moonlight that shone through the window. I tried to close my eyes and go to sleep, but I couldnt. I turned onto my side and looked out the window, and again, I saw the moon and the stars, and it gave me the same feeling as earlier, but this time, I ignored it. Eyes darted from star to star, than to the moon, and my eyes locked onto it.

I just stared at the bright, grayish ball, and that feeling, like the moon was calling me, got stronger, a lot stronger than before - then it went away, but a new one replaced it. The new feeling, it felt calming and soothing, as if the gray ball was singing a lullaby. My eyelids began to feel heavy and my body began to relax, and before I knew it, I fell into a world of darkness. My eyes fluttered open, and what I saw was definitely not what I expected. I wasnt in my bed, I was on a floor, soft with dust. Dust?

I noticed that some dust that got kicked up, was floating, and thats when I looked up. a world of darkness, with little spots of lights, some brighter than others. Stars? Where am I? I definitely wasnt in New York anymore. I stood up and looked around to my surroundings, where I saw a giant ball of green and blue, with white puffs all over.

Is that Earth? I asked, but I wasnt expecting an answer, than I heard a familiar voice. Yes, that is Earth said the voice behind me.

I turned around quickly to see my purple haired fiancee, standing about 15 feet away. Minx? I ran as fast as I could to get to her, but I kept stumbling, I felt about 80 pounds lighter. I heard her lightly chuckle. Bebe, She said, jump, dont run, the gravity here is lower, so running does nothing but waste energy. I looked up to her with confusion, How do you know that? I read it in a book she told me, a smile on her face.

I trusted her, and I got up, and jumped, and I went farther, and with a few jumps, I got to my Minx.

"Hon, are we in space?" I asked, but I already knew the answer.

She answered with a simple "yes".

My mind filled up with so many questions, than some spilled out my mouth without me knowing. "How did we get here? Why are we here? How are we breathing? Minx didnt answer, she just grabbed my hand and said, Lets look around. There wasnt a lot to see on the moon, besides the flag, so we just laid down in each others arms and watched the stars. I must be dreaming, im on the moon, cuddling with my love, stargazing without breathing gear. But it feels so real. It doesnt feel like a fuzzy dream. I thought to myself.

Krism? Minx said, interrupting my thoughts. Yes, Babe I said. Lets go see the other planets she said, pointing up to the planets in the distance. How do you expect us to get there? I replied. Minx sat up, I have an idea. Really? What is it? I asked. She grabbed my hands and told me, Close your eyes.

I obeyed her. Now, think of the planet you want to go to, like Mars Ok, Mars then I said, thinking about the red planet. Count to 3 she said, but in a whisper. 1 - 2 - 3

I heard a gasp and I opened my eyes. Minx was still holding my hands, but her attention was on reddish surroundings. I let go of her hands and started to look around too. We definitely werent on the moon anymore. I cant believe it worked. I heard my love say. She had gotten up and was exploring a little farther. I was just looking around from where I was sitting on the floor.

I got off the rust-colored ground and I could feel the weight change, I felt about 60 pounds lighter. My eyes searched through the pinkish atmosphere to make sure I could still see the woman I love.

Dont wander off too far, babe! I yelled to her, and I heard her say Okay.

I remember reading a book about Mars when I was younger, it was supposed to be really cold here, about -150 degrees Fahrenheit or colder, but I wasnt cold at all. Weird, I thought, then I saw my Minx jumping back to me, but she had a panicked look on her face.

As soon as she got to me, she grabbed my arms and told me she saw I a giant sand storm, coming our way, and that if we dont go soon, wed be buried in dust. But where do we go? I questioned her. I dont know, Saturn? she said, still panicked. Okay then, Saturn I did the same as I did before, I closed my eyes, thought of the planet, and counted to 3, and I opened my eyes.

We were on a different planet again, but there was no solid ground. We just seemed to be floating, flying actually. There was also a strong wind, a really strong wind. The wind didnt seem like it affected my eyes, but my clothes were flapping so fast, but our floating bodies didnt budge from the wind.

I studied planets for a short period of time, and I believe that Saturn has high levels of radiation, because of its magnetic field, if I remember correctly. And I believe its about 888 miles from the sun. Im not sure why I thought of that, I guess its just a random fact. Theres not much to explore here, babe! I yelled to my Minx, because of the winds. Yeah, I guess not. Do you want to go somewhere else!? she yelled back. Sure, what about Mercury!? What!? Mercury!

Okay!

And with that, I closed my eyes, thought of the planet, and 1 - 2 - 3, and the wind stopped.

I opened my eyes to see a barren, rocky surface. Here, there was no atmosphere, so there was no wind, no weather. At this time, it should be freezing here, but, again, I felt nothing. Minx stayed right next to me while we explored around. The gravity here felt a little like the way I felt on the Moon, but I felt I bit heavier. I remember from when I studied planets that Mercury is the closest planet to the sun, and and the smallest planet in the solar system. There wasnt much to see on Mercury, and I didnt really want to see the other planets. I just wanted to go home and cuddle with my fiancee. Hey, Babe I said. Yes, Bebe? she replied. I want to go home I told her honestly. Okay she said, Come here I obeyed, and she wrapped her arms around me, Close your eyes she told me. And again, I did as I was told. Think of home, and count to 5 I thought of our house in New York, and 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5. My eyes fluttered open to see that I was in a familiar bed, in a familiar room, and I saw my soonto-be wife, sitting in a chair on the other side of the room, reading a Game Informer magazine, that she put down when she saw me awake. Good morning, babe, she said as she came up to me and kissed me on the forehead, did you have a nice sleep? Well, actually, I had this really weird dream . . .
