the first letter we got where the Building Board of Appeals - we had bought property down the street from us hoping to build another home on it for rental or to sell or whatever and to keep our street residential because we'd heard rumors of the people next door to us wanting to build apartments or duplexes and we thought, well, we'll buy another property and the lady was willing to sell. We received this letter --
