Dilution procedure 1. Take water in clean reactor and heat it to 90- 95C 2. After achieving the desired temperature, start the addition of RS-75 resin gradually under constant stirring (90 to 120 RPM) while maintaining the temperature 3. After the required amount of RS-75 has been added, continue stirring for 2 hrs (while maintaining the temp at 90-95C) until all of the RS-75 has dissolved to give a clear yellow and transparent solution 4. Cool down the solution to 40-45C and add the solubilizer (RS-75) under constant stirring 5. Mix for 30 minutes and then cool the solution to room temperature 6. Draw a sample for solid content & clarity. If required, add DMW to adjust the solid content to 25 1% solution. The final solution should be clear and transparent. 7. Drain the batch in a clean container as per requirement

The doses given are based on 25 % diluted solution of RFT 100 (S) & RS-75 made as per the recipe given above and are as per MLR 1: 10. Recommended doses for using RS-75 as single component 0.3-0.4 gpl (Note: Dosage given on MLR 1:10)
