are better quality in the workplace.

The team shows that they care about the roles that they play in the organization in resolving problems.

other employees to resolve problems and speak

up about how things are being run. Its a time when you can be honest and direct without getting into trouble. Its a time where you can be honest with the team and give everybody the respect that they deserve.

POSITIVE ATTITUDE
Employees that have positive attitudes normally make good team leaders and can keep the company morale up instead of bringing it down.

TEAM WORK:
A group of employees that work together to perform well is a successful team. The responsibility of a team player is to show the team that they are responsible and reliable as a

member of the team to get their work done.

Each team player has a responsibility to contribute equally and offer their unique perspective on a problem to arrive at a good solution for the group.

H E R E A R E T E N E X A M P L E S TO G O B Y:
Set Goals - know what you are doing. Make sure you are enthusiastic; dont be a drag. Encourage people. Be flexible - know when to ease up on team members. Listen to improve job performance. Respect - have an open mind to what is being brought to the table.

Appreciation - ask about the issues that employees have with their job and what is lacking. Kindness shows you care. Make work fun; it creates positive
