Communications and Relationships BACKGROUND: In this assignment, I tried lots and lots of time in order to understand this assignment to do it properly. The second wondering that I have is what the benefit of talking or doing this assignment. I faced a lot of difficulties in writing this paper in terms of how to write this paper and make this piece academic, which flows logically from paragraph to another. It took a very long time to write this piece. One of the Difficulties that I faced is how to make my writing to be sequent in terms of how to move from one paragraph to another paragraph. I went to the (WRC) writing resource center and asked them how to improve my weakness. Indeed they were very helpful with the explanation about my situation. She gave me lots of steps that helped me a lot improving my writing. Another obstacle that I faced in this assignment was how to write in a language that is a way different than my native language, which is Arabic. As an international student, it is very hard for me to write an academic piece with another language due the lack of vocabularies that I have. In this assignment, I was asked to do many tasks to get this paper done. The big picture of this assignment is to analyze something that stood me out from a show that I picked. INTRODUCTION: When I was young, I faced a lot of life lessons and problems facing our society these days. One of these problems is how to communicate with the community and people to have very strong relationships with people and society. This case has a huge impact on the society and people these days because it could lead sometimes to lose closer friends due the failure to communicate with friends. Back in days, the relationship between people was not that good because there were not enough methods of communications. People before used to send messages by mail in order to communicate with each other, which takes long time to be delivered. However, These days globalization comes to the world and changes lots of things that have to be changed into better situation. Also, the technology has invented lots of methods in terms of how to communicate with each other easily. For example, technologists invented smart phones like IPhone and Galaxy. These devices were provided with lots of program that help people communicating with each other with having no difficulties doing that such as Whats up and Facebook. Due these programs, people now feel more comfortable than before about the way of how to communicate. So, these methods have led people to have strong relationships between them, which indeed made a huge jump in our society. Another problem that I saw a lot of people struggle with when I was young is people do not have background about communications strategies issues. Back in the time, people do not know what communication strategies should they use with different types of people. For example, when you deal with business people, you have to use a unique strategy of communication that would fit with these people. However, when you deal with kids, you have to use a strategy that a way different from dealing with another

Alabbad 3 types of people. In this research paper, I am going to talk about just one strategy that I feel most important, which is non-violent communication. The last issue that a lot of people do not how to do is changing the way you think leads to change your life into better. By doing a research, I found the best way to do that is to have an optimistic vision on life. By following this concept, your life will turn from darkness into light. LITERATURE REVIEW TERMS: SOCIAL NETWORKS: Communication through the Internet in terms of using social networks in order to communicate between families and friends. There are kinds of communication, some communications for the purpose of social networking. Also, some of communications for a commercial purpose. Examples of these social networks are Whats Up and Facebook. RELATIONSHIPS: Emotional connection between two or more people based on certain concepts such as honestly. There are many types of relationships such as an intimate relationship, relationship between friends, and the child's relationship with his parents. COMMUNICATIONS: The way that people communicate with each other by different methods such as speech, sound, and the exchange of thoughts and feelings. SELF HELP: Is a Self-improvement by changing the way of thinking and making it better without help from others. Literature Review Social Networks and Relationship.

Alabbad 4 Since the ancient times, communication between individuals rather difficult due to lack of social networks and the lack of sophistication, which led to a lack of communication between the community and between individuals. But with the development taking place in the world these days, this evolution brought us a lot of social networks that benefit society and the citizen at the same time. Social networking is now the most important elements used to communicate social and emotional between individuals. Also, these social networks have a large and active role in strengthening the relations between the phased approach people such as friends and family. An example of these social networks Facebook and Whats Up. These networks have great advantages. These features are forming new communities, exchanging the cultural viewpoints, strengthening the relationship between the individual, expressing feeling, and to facilitate the process of communication between individuals. These social networks show a strong link between these networks and social relationships through which we can create really sophisticated society that has a really strong social communication. The second aspect of media and relationship is how to make the viewers engaged with the show. In my research, I found the Narration has different useful aspects when used in a movie and series; some of those benefits are that it can increase the suspension and thrill in both movie and series. Furthermore, narration can and is scientifically proven that it can increase the number of watchers and makes them focus more on the movie or series due there is only sound that explains the story with no acting to see. There are several types of communications, but the most important in my view is a nonviolent communication. This type of communication has become a world language, as it contains great importance between individuals and society. According to Marshall, he said, Nonviolent communication is life language. This type of communication has a great importance in our lives such as the appreciation and respect. When we receive appreciation expressed in this way, we can do without any feelings of superiority or false humility-instead we can celebrate a long with the person who is offering the appreciation. someone to do something, the person will tries to do his best in what you asked for instead of being lazy and ignoring you. If a manager compliments employees, they work harder. And the same goes for school. If teachers praise students, they study harder.(Marshall). Self help. A lot of people these days are buying a lot of self-help books in order to transform their lives for the better. There are a lot of different ways to personal growth and change life into better by reading books and attending seminars. Additionally, I have read many topics on this subject, and found that optimism is the element, which plays a main role in this case. Optimism makes people look an optimistic look on life that leads to respond to life in a positive way and turn this life to make it better without obstacles. Through a sense of optimism in life, this feeling has many of the benefits that benefit the individual. Some of these benefits are to promote happiness, enhance self-confidence, building a new life through enhanced productivity, and creates a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. ENTERING THE CONVERSATION: We know that writing has many different methods such as cause/effect essay, comparison essay, definition essay, and narration essay. Each writer chooses the type of writing that fits his idea or theme. Technique that I want to talk about is the narration, especially the narration in movies or shows. Narration is the technique and process of narrating a story. Also, the narrative is a process of linked bunch of events that are presented to watchers in spoken way. This style is the style of humanitarian message to communicate the basic idea through direct speech. This technique is very important because of its flexibility. Also, narration is a tool of expression humanitarian; so, the writer translates the behaviors and acts of humanity into speech with a sequent order of events. These events are a regular arrangement in terms of organization and sequence. Also, these events have a feature that is the harmony between sentence and meanings. Narrative has a certain format, such as orally, written, or through the images. In the research I did before for this subject, most of the authors concentrate on how the narration in the show or movie gets the watchers attention, and makes a relationship between the watchers and the show in terms of the thoughts and feelings. Narration is in first place in terms of works of art. Receiver when he hears some of the events that will occur in the future verbally, a large part of his inner feelings respond to these events to raise his ideas and thoughts. An example illustrates that, while the man hears a song or piece of music, the feelings of this man affected by hearing this song, which leads to making a great relationship between this person and between this song in terms of thoughts and feelings. Also, the narrative has a lot of connotations and hidden icons we hear that we cannot respond to them quickly. Because of these hidden symbols that occur in the narrative, this generates a very large interaction and relationship between the viewers and the show in order to make the viewer wants to know the mysterious scenes in the future. SO WHAT: What is the benefit of writing about the communications and relationships? . As I am a reader or a writer, a lot of people are wondering what is the main purpose of this subject, and I am one of the people who are asking the same question. From the research that I did before, I can simply answer this question and make it clear to my audiences. Communicate with friends, family, and the other is a beautiful thing and something that is very important in our daily life. This communication allows us to exchange interests with each other. Through this exchange, we can share our lives with another person and sharing the concerns that we have in life, leading to figure out some of the suggestions, which lead to the solution of these concerns; so this situation is called exchange of interests between people. Also, communication is useful for people to support each other. If the relationship between people or Brotherhood is very strong, the support becomes very strong. An example illustrates that, if one of the friends needs to be given some of the money; a true friend is the one who will support that person because the relationship between them is very strong. As a result, the relationships and communications are associated with each other. CONCLUSION:

Alabbad 8 As I conclusion, here is my piece that consists of my research and my own point of view. Relationship is the life of our human society. We have to make our relationships with people very strong in order to build a society that is Cultured, stylish, and civilized. Also, relationship is not just a matter; it is like the mirror reflects your behavior and your personality. In my opinion, I do believe in relationships and the benefits of relationships, and I hope people do the same after reading my piece.
