Cahyu Septiwi 2), Retno Kusumaningtyas 3) FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMANFAATAN POSYANDU LANSIA DI RW 01 DESA NUSAWUNGU KABUPATEN CILACAP xviii + 77 halaman + 2 gambar + 12 tabel + 8 lampiran ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Posyandu atau pos pelayanan terpadu merupakan program Puskesmas melalui kegiatan peran serta masyarakat yang ditujukan pada masyarakat. Lansia dalam memanfaatkan posyandu dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu tingkat dukungan sosial, sikap lansia dan sikap kader posyandu dalam memberikan pelayanan. Berdasarkan data yang didapat kehadiran lansia di Posyandu lansia RW 01 Desa Nusawungu periode Januari - Desember 2011 menunjukkan bahwa dari total lansia yang terdaftar di Posyandu lansia sebanyak 74 lansia, rata-rata kehadiran lansia tiap bulan sebanyak 24 orang lansia atau 27,58% berarti jumlah kunjungan lansia ke posyandu kurang dari 50% dari total lansia. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu Lansia masih jauh dari target yang diharapkan yaitu 70%. Tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan posyandu lansia di RW 01 Desa Nusawungu Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan analitik observasional dan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 74 lansia, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, jumlah sampel diperoleh sebanyak 62 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian dengan uji Chi Square diperoleh data dari dukungan sosial dengan pemanfaatan posyandu p = 0,002 (<0.05), sikap lansia dengan pemanfaatan posyandu p = 0,001 (<0.05) dan peran kader dengan pemanfaatan posyandu sebesar p = 0,000 (<0.05), sehingga ketiga variabel tersebut terdapat hubungan dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia di RW 01 Desa Nusawungu. Hasil uji regresi logistik ganda pada variabel dukungan sosial didapat p = 0,002 (<0.05) dengan exp (B) = 16.289, sehingga variabel dukungan sosial yang paling dominan mempengaruhi pemanfaatan posyandu lansia di RW 01 Desa Nusawungu Kabupaten Cilacap. Health services in the elderly health service center include physical and mental health examinations are recorded and monitored emotionally with Card Towards Healthy. Elderly in using the elderly health service center influenced by several factors, namely the level of social support, attitude and attitude posyandu elderly in providing services. Objective to determine what factors are affecting the utilization of the elderly health service center in Cilacap district 01 village of Nusawungu. This research method using analytical methods of quantitative analysis with observational and cross sectional approach. Population of 74 elderly, using the purposive sampling technique of sampling, the number of samples obtained by 62 respondents. Research using questionnaire instruments and data analysis using multiple logistic regression test. Results showed that active in the elderly health service center is 24 respondents (38.7%) and inactive total of 38 respondents (61.3%). Respondents who had good social support is 30 respondents (48.4%) and less social support is 32 respondents (51.6%). Respondents with a good attitude is 9 respondents (24.5%), with an attitude of being a total of 17 respondents (27.4%) and less attitude total of 36 respondents (58.1%). Chi Square test results between social support with use the elderly health service center obtained p = 0.002 (<0.05), between the attitude of the elderly with use the elderly health service center obtained p = 0.001 (<0.05) and between the role of cadres with use the elderly health service center obtained p = 0.000 (<0.05), so three variables have a relationship with use the elderly health service center in Cilacap district 01 Village of Nusawungu. The results of multiple logistic regression test on the variables of social support obtained p =

0.002 (<0.05) by exp (B) = 16 289, the variable attitude of the elderly obtained p = 0.024 (<0.05) by exp (B) = 8160 and the variable role of cadres obtained p = 0.007 (<0.05) by exp (B) = 1.183, Therefore that three variables can be said to have a significant effect with use the elderly health service center in Cilacap district 01 Village of Nusawungu. Conclusion Social support is the most dominant factor affecting use the elderly health service center in Cilacap district 01 village of Nusawungu.

FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE OF USING SERVICE CENTER IN NUSAWUNGU VILLAGE

Background Elderly Health Service Center (posyandu) is a healthy programs through community participation activities directed at the public. Health services at neighborhood health center elderly namely physical and mental health examinations are recorded and monitored emotionally with Health Identity Card. Elderly who was visiting, influence of factors, social support, elderly attitude, volunteer attitude in given service to elderly. Objective The purpose of the study to know what the factors that influence of using elderly health service center in Gantungan Makamhaji. Methods This study was quantitative study with observational analytic and ufing of cross sectional study. Elderly members were count 74people, using simple random sampling technique, had got 62 samples. Taking data in was used instrument questionnaire and data analysis was using binary logistic regression. Results showed that respondents ware inactive 28 respondents (51.9%). respondents who had less social support 26 (48.1%), respondents with an attitude quite as much as 33 respondents (61.1%). Result of statistic test before use regresi binary logistic test, the first was using Chi Square test. Result of chi Square test between social support with service Elderly Health Service Center was p = 0,001.Result of chi Square test between attitude with service Elderly Health Service Center was p = 0,001.Result of chi Square test between role of voluntary with service Elderly Health Service Center was p = 0,001. Result of regression binary logistic at social support was p = 0,002 and exp (B) = 1,794, so there was influence between social support with using elderly health service center in Gantungan Makamhaji Makam Haji of Sukoharjo. Attitude variable was p = 0,028 and exp (B) = 1,166, so there was influence between attitude with using elderly health service center in Gantungan Makamhaji Makam Haji of Sukoharjo. Role of voluntary variable was p = 0,012 and exp (B) = 1,183, so there was influence between role of voluntary with using elderly health service center in Gantungan Makamhaji Makam Haji of Sukoharjo.
