They are not and should not be the basis for law. If you use them as justification to discriminate against others, dont be upset when others decide youre an asshole. I will talk about discrimination of women of different ages. OR I will talk about the discrimination of a woman of her entire life. As we already know that discrimination of anything, whether it is caste, it is racism, whether it is WOMEN, or it is economically i.e. He is poor and he is rich. These all are discrimination evils are the creatures of our human mind not by NATURE. What is Nature and Human mind?, at simplest level imagine a situation, suppose there is no human in this world, but he can only watch it, then the world will show the nature of nature and what have changed this world is human mind. Now starting with the first, beginning of discrimination of a girl even before 9 month of a child in her mother stomach. Family decides whether she will come in to this world or not. They only think for their family benefit s or what they want from their child in future even before taking birth. And the cases results in Female Foeticide. Now second, after taking birth, due family may not like her colour, or completely her and which results in female infanticide. Now after growing to about 10 year, they are tolerated to work in the home. In the kitchen which is exploitation of her, her education, her thinking, her freedom and the rape fear which is fear to every girl in her entire life there is no any day or time which we can say this is for them, they will be protected. And when she is teenager, within family decides how much she may be educated , they dont talk about her future, her education, her aim, her feeling, some families thinks about her marriage , they themselves know that she is not still mature. And after when I talk about girl when are married, they are exploited by his own husband, so much responsibilities of home and the most unaccepted thing the birth of child whether he will be or she will be, women are called for this reason but father or her husband is the reason for that because man genes is responsible for the gender difference birth.. And after it women takes the responsibility of her children, of their whole life with continuous work of home and all these things happen in her life. She has no other way they are discriminated everywhere in companies on their salary; they feel suffocation in the man behaviour. And the question still lives, why is it still so bad and what you can do about it?
