Know all men by these presents, that whereas, John F. And.zej eski , the duly appointed and
qualified administrator of the estate of Matensz .Andzejeski, deceased, on the 30th day of,
Dec.1915 fEeahis petition in the Probate COlUt , within and f6r the County of Cuyahoga
and State of Ohio, praying said Court , for an order authorizing him as such to sell the
following described real estate, to pay the debts of saidde.cedent.to wit;

SublotsNos,12i?,129 and 130 in Wallace and Warner's all.otment of a part of

original Middleburgh Township Section No.1? , according to the statute in SUch
cases made and provided.

And whereas, on the 5th day 0'£ February 1916 suchproceG'dings, were had that the said
John F.Andzejeski, Admr. as aforesaid, was or.dered to solI said real. estate at private
sale, according to law; And whereas tho said John F.AJldzejeski, administrator as af.ot'esali
sold sl!llid premises to Stanislaw and Martha Wolowiec, hJ1sband and wife,for the sum of thirteen
hun.dred and seventy five and 00/100 dollars, and the said Stanislaw Wolowiec and Martha
W'olowiec,. having complied with tile terms of said sale,sald sale was afterwards to wit;
On the 11th day ·of February 1916 approved and o@nfirme.d by said Court , .anil said John F.
Andzejeski, Admr. as aforesaid,was ordered to execute and deliver to said purchaser a good
ahd sufficient deed for said premises, according to the statute in SItch cases made and pro-

vid.ed; all of which will more fully appear ·from the records of s.aid Court.Docket 116 No.
79549 to which reference is here made. Now therefor·e I, the said John F.AndzejeSki, Adminis-
trator as aforesaid., in c~nsiaerationof the premise.s,and by virtue of the powers in me
vested by law and the orders of said Court, do hereby give ,grant ,bargain, sell and convey
unto thesaia etanisl!j.w Wolowiec. and Martha Wolowiec all the right ,titl.e and interest,
of said decedent and of the several defendants named in said petition in and to the real
estate aforesaid • with an and singular the appurtenances the Teunto belonging, to heveand
to hold the same unto the said Stanislaw W.olowiec and Martha V/Olowi(jc, and unto their heirs
and assigns ·forever. In testimony 7lhereof, I, as administrat.or as af.orosaidhereunto subscribe
