Based on the demand of the program in single window counseling. Considering the suggestion given by the Stake-holder. Discussion with the Management, Director, Principal, Deans and Heads of the department. Does the Department obtain feedback from
a. Faculty on curriculum as well as teaching-learning-evaluation? If yes, how does the department utilize the feedback? Yes. Class Monitoring Committee meetings are conducted to collect feedback from the teachers about the students performance and the class committee counsels and advises the students based on the feedback. Faculty discuss about the pros and cons of the current curriculum in syllabus committee meetings that are conducted during the formation of new curriculum and syllabi. Based on the discussions, the new curriculum is formed. b. Students on staff, curriculum and teaching-learning evaluation and how does the department utilize the feedback? Feedback is taken from the students twice in a semester. Feedback is taken once after the first mid exam. If any of the faculty member gets poor feedback, then HoD counsels that faculty member after assessing the positive and negative points of the faculty member. After counseling, faculty member is given two weeks time to improve their performance in the subject. If the faculty members performance is not satisfactory even after two weeks time another faculty member is assigned for that subject.
