Another day [including this-a.m.

], another silent Commonwealth Court; personal comments triggered by two pieces on Guzzardi restate what already had been in blast e-mails [GOP gov hopeful Guzzardi wants to be voice of 'the forgotten taxpayer' and A long shot with high hopes], noting that most other postings were nakedly-political rather than insightful regarding Guzzardis effort. [It is unclear whether it matters that PA-Gov: Corbett Raises $1.4 Mil but spent $3 Mil, although it does seem that most of his donations were from mega-rich supporters; recognition is being given to the fact that McCord probably successfully defended himself after his stepbrother called him a liar.] Here is Guzzardis observation about this situation, which remains unclear because we are not in control:

Meanwhile, in PA, a putative liquor compromise is viewed as toxic policy due to its inadequacy while a Business coalition floated a plan to sell the stores; also, Liberal Republicans Push Severance Tax With Sophistry. Isikoff told The New York Times: [I]t was increasingly clear [NBC News was] moving in directions in which there were going to be fewer opportunities for my work." Isikoff had been with the left-wing network since 2010. Prior to that he had spent more than a decade with Newsweek. It was during his time with Newsweek that Isikoff became yet-another icon of a mainstream media more interested in protecting power than holding power accountable. In 1998, Isikoff had uncovered the affair between then-President Bill Clinton and a young intern named Monica Lewinski. Newsweek, however, refused to publish the story. So Drudge did -- not the story but the news that Newsweek was refusing to explode its own bombshell. 'NEWSWEEK KILLS STORY ON WHITE HOUSE INTERN ... SEX RELATIONSHIP WITH PRESIDENT,' the Drudge headline read -- and an era in New Media was born. A lot has changed with the mainstream media in the 16 years since, and none of it for the better. Today, in order to avoid hurting Democrats, the media simply refuses to investigate Democrat scandals. Of the half-dozen Obama scandals, the American media has not broken a single one. Today, Newsweek and the rest of the MSM stay as far away as possible from any whiff of Democrat scandal. But if a scandal does happen break through, America's Newsweeks (NBC News, CNN, The Washington Post) play goalie for the Democrat to ensure the scandal never goes anywhere. This is how the Obama administration gets away with everything from gun-running to using the IRS to target Obama's political opponents during his re-election campaign.

Rather than use the Drudge/Newsweek lesson to get better, the media decided to become even more corrupt.

In follow-up of prior observations, SEBELIUS admitted the OBAMACARE LAUNCH had been 'TERRIBLY FLAWED' [recalling that her being queried by Rep. Lou Barletta ranks as one of her five worst moments in office [per NBC News], that Sebelius has a Shameful Legacy, and that Brit Hume feels the GOP could Repeal it]; a CHRISTIAN JOURNALIST 'CAN'T SLEEP, LOST 14 LBS, AND MAY LEAVE CITY' AFTER THREATS BY GAY-MARRIAGE ADVOCATES; the K.C. suspect is white supremacist; BHO doesnt Want to Meet With Victims of Fort Hood #2; Obama Let NSA Keep Some Internet Security Flaws Secret [quoting Snowdens documents showing that, two years before Heartbleed became known, the NSA was looking at ways to accomplish exactly what the flaw did by accident]; AG-Holder was not legally justified when cutting drug-sentences and has been accused of Selectively Blocking Mergers by Republican CEOs; NYT executive editor Jill Abramson is still scheduled to Accept Honorary Degree from Brandeis Despite firestorm over the schools decision to rescind its honorary degree invitation to Ayaan Hirsi Ali; Obama was determined to have Proposed 442 Tax-Hikes Since Taking Office; Food-Stamp Recipients Outnumber Women Who Work Full-Time; Two runners died near marathon finish line; an Environmentalist Group [livid at their public support for the Keystone XL pipeline] May Target Vulnerable Senate Dems; TOP DEM CLAIMED TO CARE MORE ABOUT AMNESTY THAN MIDTERM ELECTIONS and Cantor Officially Backed Amnesty For DREAMers Who Enlist; a Minimum Wage Hike would Lead to Hiring Curb and Business Closures; regarding the environment, BHOs interference caused the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's new report to make no sense; Paramount Blew It with 'Noah'; a group has paid to place several ads on D.C. busses asking the government to Stop U.S. Aid for Palestinian Terrorism" [to counter a deluge of anti-Israel ads in the Washington D.C. Metro]; the Muslim Brotherhood Launched its own U.S. political party; and an Iraq War Veteran [Joni Ernst] Emerged as Republican Frontrunner in Iowa Senate Race [to replace retiring Sen. Tom Harkin (D., Iowa)]. IN CHICAGO [a city with some of the strictest gun-control laws in the country], 35 WERE SHOT IN 36 HRS as Maryland Fails to Enforce Existing Gun Laws; editorialists slammed the proposal by John Paul Stevens the it is necessary to 'Fix' the 2nd Amendment; Gun Control Bills were On The Move In California; a court-overturned a 20-sentence for woman who fired-warning-shots; and a Home Invader Brought a Knife to a Gun Fight.

Regarding the GOPs civil-war: Amnesty and Taxation are Forcing Disconnects Between Local and US Chambers of Commerce; there is a Proxy Battle to Be Boehner's Successor [Cantor Vs. Hensarling]; Boehner Opponent Released First Ad, Possibly the Funniest in History; a Professor Hopes To Be Tea Party's David To Eric Cantor's Goliath; and As Primary Battle Escalates, Mississippi Tea Party Group Calls On State Chairman To Resign [over negative comments he recently made about state senator Chris McDaniel, who is challenging Sen. Thad Cochran in the GOP primary]. {Former Christie-advocate ann coulter is wrong again [supporting romney and opposing Cruz].} Regarding BHO and the Dems: Obama falsely claims that Jesus resurrection occurred more than 2,000 years ago; as their hold on control of the U.S. Senate becomes more tenuous, high-ranking Dems [including BHO] are invoking charges of GOP racism more aggressively; Pew Research Found Dems are Losing Millennials; James Zogby feels Dems Must Not Ignore European and Mediterranean Ethnic Voters; Dems are Increasingly Calling Opponents 'Un-American.'

Regarding Ukraine: The acting Ukrainian President has declared that his country is at war with the Russian Federation following this weekend's latest clashes across the eastern part of Ukraine; a RUSSIAN FIGHTER JET BUZZED A NAVY WARSHIP, behavior that the Pentagon called 'unprofessional'; PUTIN said UKRAINE ASKED FOR MY HELP; PRO-RUSSIAN FORCES TOOK UKRAINE POLICE STATION and AIRPORT; Ukraine Asked UN for Troops; Fragile Europe Weakens USA Push for Sanctions; Administration Urged to Lift Restrictions on Non-Lethal Military Aid to Ukraine; Russia Tested a Multi-Warhead ICBM; Putin & Obama talked on the telephone; TO STOP RUSSIA, CANCEL OBAMA'S 'NEW START'; and Major Garrett suggested that BHOs Entire Russia Approach is Failing, as the WH Press Sec. admitted words are not enough to stop Putin. Regarding Islamism: Al-Qaeda is 'Spreading Like Wildfire'; Iran will Hang 26-Year-Old Rape Victim and claims to be 'Entitled' to Enrich Uranium to 90 Percent Weapons-Grade Level; Norway is to Open First 'Muslim Only' School, Replacing Ethics Classes with Islam and Birmingham [England] is probing a Muslim takeover of schools 'plot' [by ousting and

replacing uncooperative headteachers and school governors]; Israel said Kerry remarks on Iranian nukes are 'not acceptable'; and the Muslim Brotherhood reportedly fled its recently-established headquarters in London following announcement of an investigation into is activities by Prime Minister David Cameron.

An ongoing discussion with a Dem has yielded this additional clarification of fundamental concerns: First, it was suggested that the TEA Party Movement must [publicly and proactively] adopt positions that would remove it from the automatic-rejection category in these three ways: 1. Opposes those who use a pro-life position to build support (the law-of-the-land, to use your phrase, and a prime example of an individual liberty to make a very personal decision without government intrusion) 2. Accepts gay marriage (again law and a decision that should not be made by government and I was indeed very opposed to Obama being slow to come to the table on this issue) 3. Ceases to use the 2nd amendment as an example in support of your belief in the violation of your constitutionally-derived liberties (clearly, for a constitutional conservative position to be viable, there must be from your standpoint other more responsible examples which do not glamorize the use of weapons regardless of your argument of self-protection, this serves absolutely no purpose when we have significant social problems exacerbated by gun violence I do not care what the presumed source of these guns are that is not at all my point) In response, it was noted that the TEA [Taxed Enough Already] Party Movement is a heterogeneous entity and, thus, it is impossible for it to comply with these three tenets; with that in mind, however, certain accommodations could be envisioned, inasmuch as the leaders thereof [mostly] eschew linking the purely constitutional/fiscal focus with the social-issues listed in #1 and #2. Furthermore, most Rs accept Roe vs. Wade [along with all SCOTUS-justices] and sense the acceptance of gay-marriage [noting last Junes double-decision by the SCOTUS]. That the TPM is fixated on fiscal-responsibility wedded to the Constitution was also manifest when I spoke with Bob Asher and Pam Levy [this past December] about re-starting the Log Cabin Rs [which historically has placed gays under the GOP umbrella] within MontCo [and, presumably, nationally] under the aegis of the Diversi-Tee effort [which had primarily focused on women and ethnic-minorities]. Regarding #3, Regarding the 2nd Amendment, the TPM is wedded to the Constitution and, thus, absent an amendment thereto [the-five-extra-words-that-can-fix-

the-second-amendment, published on Friday], this will be tangential [because its not $-based] but integrated into the fabric of the TPM [particularly noting all the efforts to confiscate guns that Ive been documenting]; therefore, although not central to its proposed intervention, it is difficult to imagine [particularly because gun-ownership is glamorized] that the TPM will entertain Second, it was suggested that both Obama and the TPM have caused the rancor and that it supports Guzzardi. In response, it was noted that no entity within the TPM has endorsed Guzzardi [much to my dismay, illustrating that it is not true that the TPM has caused turmoil in Pa within this context. It should be noted that its agitation successfully led to the GOP take-over of the House [necessitating the type of political rancor that proves effectivefree speech]; thus, BHOs admitted divisiveness set the tone [let alone how he adopted ObamaDontCare without any GOP support]and his presidency [due to whatever behaviors and psychology] has created D.C.s cacophony [triggering understandable reactions, which continue to this day after his again having claimed racism, racism last week in NYC]. Therefore, note that the out-party is necessarily going to make noise regarding its protestations [remember the five-freedoms in the 1st Amendment include speech/religion/press/assembly/petitioning-government]; this should serve to undermine/clarify concern regarding the ongoing bipartisan impact of efforts to inject true-conservatism into the GOP, preparatory to doing-battle with the Dems. Third, it was suggested that The fact that the heinous shooting yesterday in the Kansas City area was perpetrated by a man with a KKK past suggests that exposure to such hatred as a child in the South is not irrelevant in shaping ones views. You do not readily forget that deep-seated negative viewpoint against anyone Blacks, Jews who is considered different, nor do you forget a textbook that praised the Klan. Similarly, your own experiences probably affect your positions; I do not accept that this is all about Obama, although I must confess I have not teased this out of you. To be able to divorce ones views from the environment to which one has been exposed is not credible to me on an emotional level, even if the decision is to reject the positions taken by those who have influenced you. We are in part a sum total of all of our past experiences, for better or for worse. In response, I concur with these observations, except to emphasize that everything BHO has done has been reprehensible, even those actions that were seemingly innocuous or that appeared to be c/w the GOPs postures [such as relying on the use of dronesbecause they are no substitute for boots-on-theground]; thus, my only major critique of your observation is to express the desire for public policy to be predicated primarily on data rather than emotionand to be documented accordingly. Fourth, regarding efforts to create a holiday [Yom Knisa] based on the initial creation of a Jewish State [Israel at 60 - Give or Take a Few Thousand Years & A Holiday for the Ages and Today], it was suggested that I fully respect the inclination to celebrate Israel as a longstanding Jewish state, but I cannot base my acceptance of this on a literal interpretation of biblical text. That should not be the basis for any position that is motivated by political activism rather than cultural pride and identity (such as my views about what Passover is). Relying on a biblical citation toward a political end is inconsistent with my strong opposition to the intrusion of the religious beliefs of conservatives into US social policy. An argument based on other more credible evidence would be far more persuasive and acceptable, reflecting your appropriate decision to bring in scholars. Recall that my exposure to biblical writings put them in the context of an influential piece of literature, a position which I hold as well.

In response, I noted that the articles cited archaeological evidence supporting the historical-component of what has been canonized; for example, the Egyptian Stele is invoked for both an undeniable historical linkage and a chronological-clue. Thus, the literal Biblical interpretation [so infrequent in other contexts] provides a foundation that is otherwise not contradicted elsewhere. Know that, the motivation for creating this event is based on history, although there is no doubt that political secondary gain aboundsalong with the tertiary gain that informs ones cultural ride and identity. Therefore, do not fear separation of church/state infests this initiative, for one can celebrate a pivotal event in Jewish history without invoking the accoutrements of modern discourse regarding the internal dynamics of the 1st Amendment [Establishment vs. Expression].
