PREFACE
The conceptual knowledge acquired by the management student is best manifested in the project and training they undergo. As a part of curriculum of MBA, I have chance to undergo partial training in BHEL, Delhi. The present project gave a perfect vent to my understanding of the Finance Management specially the most common and controversial concept of trade union.
The project entitled EFFECTIVENESS OF WORKING CAPITAL is based on BHEL Delhi relationship between management and worker I hope that this report will be beneficial for my next batches and those who are related to this topic.
