1. 2. 3. 4. 5. The RULET2014 shall be conducted at Jaipur only. All candidates are required to appear at the RULET 2014 at their own expense. The candidates are expected to take their seats 15 minutes before commencement of the examination. No candidate coming after 15 minutes of the commencement of the examination shall be permitted to appear in the examination. Candidate will be required to produce Admission Card before he/she is allowed to enter the examination centre. Candidate must bring ballpoint pens and HB lead pencils. No candidate shall be allowed to carry any text material written or printed, bits of paper or any other material except the admission card inside the hall. Cellular/Mobile phone/Pager/Calculator etc. will not be permitted in the examination hall. The Candidate shall maintain silence. Any disturbance by the candidate at the examination will be deemed misbehaviour and the candidate involved in such activity shall forfeit his/her right to continue in the examination. The decision of the Centre Superintendent shall be final and conclusive in the matter. No candidate shall be allowed to go outside the examination hall till the completion of the examination. Writing anything on the Admission Card or any stray paper will be treated as unfair means. Candidate should not tamper with the question booklet or tear any page out of it. The Jurisdiction of the court cases will be Jaipur only.

Submission : Completed Application Form with a demand draft of Rs. 2000/- towards the examination drawn in favour of Coordinator, RULET, University of Rajasthan and payable at Jaipur fee must reach the office of Coordinator, RULET, FYLC Building, University of Rajasthan, J.L.N. Marg, Jaipur-302 004 latest by May 22, 2014 up to 5.00 P.M.

RULES: FOR B.A., LL.B. (HONS.) University Five Year Law College
1. B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Five Year Integrated Course is of 10 semesters (5 years) duration. 2. The medium of instruction is English only. 3. The fee structure is Rs.66,000/- per year (to be deposited in two instalments, each of Rs. 33,000/-, at the time of admission and II instalment in January of each year). Fee structure is subject to revision by University. 4. There would be weekly tests in all subjects and 20% marks would be allocated on the basis of performance in these tests. 5. There would be projects, weekly Seminars/Conferences/Moot Courts which would be the basis of 20% marks on the performance decided by the teachers. 6. 10% marks would be for attendance and conduct to be assessed by the teachers. 7. 50% marks would depend upon Semester Examination conducted by the University based on the whole syllabus prescribed for the subject. 8. A candidate who has passed any one semester term examination in not less than four papers by securing at least 40% marks in each of those four papers and at least 50% marks in the aggregate of those papers shall be eligible for admission to the next semester. OR a candidate who has appeared in any one semester term examination and the result has not been declared may be eligible for provisional admission to the next semester if the teaching has commenced but such provisional admission shall stand cancelled if he could not get the requisite eligibility on the declaration of his result of the term examination in which he has appeared. 9. Fee once deposited shall not be refunded.

RULES: FOR B.A., LL.B. (affiliated colleges)

1. B.A., LL.B. Five Year Integrated Course (for affiliated colleges) is of 10 semesters (5 years) duration. 2. The medium of instruction is English only. 3. Fee structure as in affiliated college. 4. There would be 2 tests in each semester and 5% marks would be allocated on the basis of performance in these tests. 5. There would be project and viva/presentation thereon which would be the basis of 10% marks. 6. There would be Moot Courts/Seminars/Conferences which would be the basis of 5% marks on the performance decided by the teachers. 7. 80% marks would depend upon Semester Examination conducted by the University based on the whole syllabus prescribed for the subject. 8. A candidate who has passed any one semester term examination in not less than three papers by securing at least 40% marks in each of those three papers and at least 50% marks in the aggregate of those papers shall be eligible for admission to the next semester. OR a candidate who has appeared in any one semester term examination and the result has not been declared may be eligible for provisional admission to the next semester if the teaching has commenced but such provisional admission shall stand cancelled if he could not get the requisite eligibility on the declaration of his result of the term examination in which he has appeared.
