OUTstanding 2014 LGBTQ : MIND, BODY, & SOUL

CALL FOR PROPOSALS


Date of Seminar: Saturday, November 8th, 2014 Location: The University of Tennessee, Knoxville The 2014 OUTstanding Seminar is now accepting applications to present a panel, workshop, scholarly forum, or performance for our 2014 seminar. Successful applicants must address this years theme (LGBTQ+: Mind, Body, and Soul), have a clear purpose, and provide a clear outline of how the presentation will be run. Completed proposals must be typed and submitted electronically to outstandingutk@gmail.com by August 30, 2014. If you have an issue with submitting electronically, please e-mail the above address. Once we have received your proposal, we will send you e-mail confirming. After reviewing proposals, applicants may be asked for additional information and/or an interview.

Please list a few (up to 10) keywords for which forms of diversity your presentation will cover to be listed in the program and aid in making OUTstanding 2014 as diverse as possible. (Examples: queer people of color, LGB identity, trans* identity, HIV/AIDS, sexual health, mental health, religion, multiculturalism, etc.)
