Indeed, life is a journey. For years, you have traveled through life and now you are approaching a different phase. You ask several questions to enable you to fully express yourself. In fact, your knowing yourself will help you discover what lies ahead of you. The key to discovery lies in your willingness to enter fully into experiences that can be positive forces to enhance the shaping of your VISION of yourself. To know and appreciate the kind of person that you are will be both an invitation and a challenge. It is an invitation for you to look deeply into yourself, to learn how gifted you are. It is a challenge to make a personal decision to enhance these gifts and do something about your shortcomings. It is when you accept this invitation and challenge that you allow you expand your consciousness of your being. Only then can you say, I love and appreciate the person that I am. Can you say this to yourself? SELF-EVALUATION: Read each question carefully. Circle Y if your response is Yes, N for No and NA for Not Aware. 1. ACTIVITY: How the mirror looks at me: PHYSICALLY POSITIVE I am attractive and healthy. NEGATIVE I am insecure about my height and weight. INTELECTUALLY POSITIVE I think first on what I speak before I say it. NEGATIVE I am not a wise decision maker. EMOTIONALLY POSITIVE NEGATIVE SOCIALLY POSITIVE NEGATIVE MORALLY POSITIVE NEGATIVE POLITICALLY POSITIVE NEGATIVE CULTURALLY POSITIVE NEGATIVE SPIRITUALLY POSITIVE NEGATIVE I am self-controlled to keep out of trouble. I can be very sensitive and emotional when I am hurt.

I am very friendly and open to talk others It takes time to adapt to a new environment.

I am humble and honest in speaking the truth to others. I can hurt others when I get mad.

I exercise my rights to vote wisely. I havent been involved in community projects.

I like to promote new actions in improving the economy of my own country. I like to imitate foreign lifestyles.

I talk to God daily. I sometimes can be very lazy in going to the Sunday community mass.

PROCESSING QUESTIONS: 1. What have you discovered about yourself in all aspects? I have discovered that I can be very negative because I allow others to change my life in every negative comment their talking about me. I also realized that I can be stubborn in being active because of being badly negative of what others are saying about me and this affects my environment in living and deciding to be happy. What aspect/s of your life do you feel good about? Why? The aspects of my life that I feel good about are my POLITICAL aspects and SPIRUAL aspects. I believe I am a good leader even if I am an introvert. I believe a strong prayerful life can help me in facing obstacles in my way.

What aspect/s of your life do you believe you have to improve a lot? Why? And what concret steps will you take to improve on your negative or not so good traitd/ character or acts that your identified? The aspects that I need to improve are my PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL and CULTURAL. PHYSICAL- Because I need to stop complaining of all the negative body parts about me and train to be a better me. EMOTIONAL I need to stop thinking for the worse and imagine for the better future on whats out there for me. INTELLECTUAL I need to plan more in executing my decisions to work. SOCIAL I need to start participating in the school activities and opportunities. CULTURAL I need to patronize the Filipino products by buying Filipino made products. How do you feel about working on this module? Why? I feel very open-minded while working on this module because it helps me to know the things I know about myself and the things I still need to discover. What insights/learnings about yourself did you get from this module?
