An Outline Of The Ancient Huna Pule Ho'oponopono

The following information is NOT at all the same as taking a class in Ho'oponopono. One would make a very deep mistake to think that one could arrive at the same understanding of Ho'oponopono without taking a class given by an experienced instructor. On the other hand there are times when we feel the deep-seated need to help someone who cannot make it to a location where a class is being given. Please consider this information as only a temporary start to a further understanding that you may get in the future from an instructor with experience. In the mean time please take a serious attitude toward this form and use it with very great respect. I have made most of the information that is necessary to complete a rudimentary Ho'oponopono Pule (great or profound Karmic cleansing Prayer-Form) to deal with an emergency or otherwise important use until you can get instruction in a more formal way.

Nalamaku

Simeona, who was my teacher in the huna tradition. She got the words in
meditation while in communication with the "I", or the oneness of all things. She told us to always share what we learned, and I have. I have learned that you can change the words a little bit to help them work for you if you need to. So today you see my version of what Morrnah taught us. No memory is perfect, but if your heart is in the right place, you will do well.

All Hawaiian forms start with breathing, which is call Ha. One round of Ha is to breathe in for the count of 7, hold for the count of 7, and release for the count of 7. When you have emptied your lungs again then hold for the count of 7. Be relaxed and let the breath determine how long the count of 7 is. You can fit it to your own physiology. Mana is the energy that belongs to you in this Life and is connected to you and all worlds in all spaces and at all times. We will be cleaning this Mana with the Ho'oponopono Pule. Aka cords are what ties us, and all other things, beings, energies, and Karma, together, for this and for all times. When we say "Cut all Aka Cords," we are talking about cutting all the ties we have with all our friends, family, relatives, and ancestors. We will include all possessions, things we are attached to, places we have been, memories we hold, and so forth. This also is a very deep cleansing method. When we talk about the Divine Creator: The Aumakua, the Uhane, and the Unihipili as One, we are talking about the totality of all that is and ever was or will be. This is what Christianity calls God as well as all of God's works, i.e., the Universe and every thing contained within it. When all of this is put together as One, then that is what we mean when we say the Divine Creator. This we shall call the "I", because it is like the Roman numeral I representing the oneness of the Universe. The sound "I'' is likewise like the sound of "Eye" which can be thought of in the ancient way as the "Eyeball" of the Sun. This is the center of our solar system and represents an image of the One. The Aumakua is the "Spiritual Self" and represents all of the Gods of all of the religions of Man since the beginning of time. It can be thought of as our own singular genetic past to the beginning of time as well. And in a very real sense, it is our consciousness backwards in time representing our knowledge of right and wrong, or our conscience. The Uhane is the "Physical Self" and represents the caretaker of our body. It is our thinking mind and our physical function. We talk with the Uhane and we think with the Uhane. We have a drive for survival that is part of the function of the Uhane. When we are hungry or sleepy or when we want something, it is the Uhane that does this function of the body and brain. The Unihipili is the "Emotional Self" and represents the feelings which are not really expressible in words. Often feelings have more impact on our activity than thoughts and words do. Feelings guide us to a knowledge of our "Inner Self", and are very important to an understanding of our wholeness. "U" means to grunt, and "Nihipili" means to move through the grass like a snake.

Together these words describe the nature of the Unihipili. It is emotion without the ability of language. It is the "Inner child" which is so often spoken of in today's new age explanations of human integrity. We are One within our selves, and we are One with the Oneness of all that is. We need to understand, however that the little Unihipili within us, is like a child has no language. The Unihipili however, holds all of our personal Mana. Mana is the spiritual energy that defines exactly who and what we are and why we have come into being at this time and place. The Mana is the menu of our Life, and our ticket for this lifetime! I cannot express how important this idea is. Most people could have a perfect Life existence if only they could learn to talk with their Unihipili. Only through the Unihipili, can the Uhane (the individual mind/body) make contact with the "Aumakua". This means that if you loose contact with your Unihipili, you will be almost assuredly become lost on the path of your life. This is a very important idea, yet many if not most people have an Uhane that is not willing to recognize or respect the importance of the little inner child, the Unihipili. One must remember that even without language, the Unihipili has all of our memories from the time of conception onward, and is the only source of our personal Mana.

Basic Instructions for sharing the Ho'oponopono Pule

Follow these instructions, and after reading the information, read it again out loud except the instructions. #1. Sit with the palm of the hands in your lap and the fore fingers and thumbs touching: Take seven rounds of Ha breathing. #2. Read the following prayer form out loud.

I am the "I" I come forth from the void into the Light, I am that emptiness, That hollowness beyond all Consciousness, The "I", the "Id", the "All".

I draw my bow of rainbows across the waters, The continuum of minds with matters. I am the invisible, untouchable breeze, the undefinable atom of creation, I am the "I"
#3. Breathe deeply and continue the next part of the Ho'oponopono Pule.

Divine Creator: The Aumakua, the Uhane, and the Unihipili as one: I (say your birth name here) All of my family, friends, relatives and ancestors, From the beginning of time to the present (say what you are
called today):

If we have in any way Through thoughts, deeds, words, or actions; Caused any stress, or wrong Transgressed or trespassed against the "I" within us or outside of us For this and for all times, Then we ask humbly, humbly, humbly, for forgiveness, And we ask that if there is any unwanted negativity Any unwanted energy of any kind That you please cleanse, purify, release, and transmute Any and all of these unwanted energies of any kind To Pure Divine Light. We ask that you sever and cut all aka cords, Pull from the computer And fill in all of those empty spaces within the computer With Pure Divine Light as well.

In the name of the Divine Creator: The Aumakua, the Uhane, and the Unihipili as One; We ask that this be Done, and it is Done! As we release and set free, We are in turn released and set free.
#4. Breathe a few deep breaths, and continue:

Divine Creator: The Aumakua, the Uhane, and the Unihipili as One: I (say your birth name here) All of my family, friends, relatives, and ancestors, From the beginning of time to the present (say what you are
called today):

We wish to ask humbly, humbly, humbly, For a way of Ho'oponopono Between myself from the center of my being To the very furthest extent of my being and consciousness, And (say the name of the person, place, thing, karma,
Or the problem that you wish to clear up),

And all of our families, friends, relatives, and ancestors, From the beginning of time to the present. If there are any unwanted negativities Or unwanted energies of any kind Having to do with our relationships or with this matter; Or with any of the other people, places, things, and karma, Which we have either knowingly or unknowingly Omitted from this Ho'oponopono Pule; Then please cleanse, purify, release, and transmute any and all of these negativities

Any and all of these unwanted energies of any kind To Pure Divine Light. We ask that you sever and cut all Aka Cords, Pull from the computer And fill in those empty spaces within the computer With Pure Divine Light as well. In the name of the Divine Creator: The Aumakua, the Uhane, and the Unihipili as One, We ask that this be Done a And it is Done. As we release and set free, We are in turn Released and set free.
#5. If you feel the need, you can then repeat the steps #3 & #4 in reverse order so that the other person etc. does the Ho'oponopono Pule between that person etc. and you. You do this on behalf of the other person and when the (say your name here) comes up, you say "On behalf of . . . " #6. Take a breath or two and continue.

Divine Creator: The Aumakua, the Uhane, and the Unihipili as one: I (say your birth name here) All of my family, friends, relatives, and ancestors, From the beginning of time To the present (say what you are called today); We wish to ask now For The Pillar of "I" and a Bath of Pure Divine Light. From the top of our heads to the tip of our toes, Please bathe me And all those people, places things and karma

Which we have mentioned in this Ho'oponopono Pule With the four divine colors of Light . . . First Indigo Blue Light seven times . . . Then Emerald Green Light seven times . . . Then Ice Blue Light seven times . . . And lastly Lemon to White Light The color of sea foam in Sunlight Pure Divine Light seven times.
( Take one Ha or breath for each Of the seven rounds of color. For each color. however If you do not have the time Or if someone or something is about to disturb you, Just say seven times and let it go at that. Then...)

Please extend a Band of Gold Light Around each and every atom of each and every Person, place, thing, or karma included in this process. Please extend it both above and below To form a golden sphere of light With all of the colors of the "I" working inside In the way of the "I", The Peace of "I".
#7. The last Pule is the "Peace of "I".

Peace be with You, All My peace. The Peace that is "I", The Peace that is "I Am". The Peace for Always, Now, and Forever, and Evermore.

My Peace I give to You, My Peace I leave with You. Not the World's Peace, But only My Peace. The Peace of "I"
