Manyorganizationswillchoosetohaveagreaternumberofexecutiveboardmembersorutilizeacommittee andchairstructureforspecifictasks.Whileitdoesnotmatterwhoisresponsibleforeachduty,itisimportant thatsomeonebeassignedthetask.
