Well Identifiers use the following syntax: SPL1:1
<prefix><index>:<Dilution Index>
It is important to note that the last number is the SPL_ALL
Dilution index not the dilution value.
In addition, the well Index can be replaced by the STD
generic index “_ALL” which returns the mean of SPL_ALL:2
all indexes of the well type. The “_ALL” suffix is CTRL1:3
limited to well types sample and sample control.
For standards, the mean of all standards can be
obtained by use of the standard prefix (e.g.
STD).

Well Identifiers use the following syntax: SPL1:1

It is important to note that the last number is SPL#

In addition, the well index can be replaced by STD


the generic index “_ALL” which returns the
mean of all indexes of the well identifier. The
“_ALL” suffix is limited to well types sample and
sample control. For standards, the mean of all
standards can be obtained by use of the
standard prefix (e.g. STD).

The generic index “#” can be used which SPL_ALL:2


returns the mean value of each separate well CTRL1:3
index. The dilution index can also be replaced SPL#:#
by the generic index “#” which returns the
mean value of the well index at each
dilution/concentration index.
