3. Package
A candidate on joining will draw the following emoluments in the time scale of pay. Rs. ` 14500 600/7 18700 700/2- 20100 800/7 25700. At present, the financial package at current levels includes a salary of over Rs. `43, 000/- in metro cities during probation. Apart from this they are also eligible for the monthly reimbursement of the cost of newspaper, fixed conveyance allowance, and medical aid to self and family. Also on confirmation they are eligible for the reimbursement of fuel cost, leave fare concession and attractive staff schemes for housing, vehicle and other loans. The salary particular includes:

Computer Allowance
* Varies according to the place of posting. In addition to the above, they are also eligible for PERFORMANCE LINKED INCENTIVE SCHEME as per the terms and conditions existing in the Bank. As per the current norms, the maximum eligible amount is Rs.70, 000/- in Scale -I cadre. On joining itself they will be governed by the Defined Contributory Pension Scheme, with amendments there on from time to time. The said Pension Scheme will be as per the provisions of the New Pension System under Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority.10% of Pay + D.A will be deducted monthly from the salary towards the Pension Fund. An equal amount will be contributed by the bank. If the benefits under gratuity, pension, medical aid etc are considered, the additional cost to the company will be over `.2, 00,000/per annum. 4. Who can apply : - MBA with Finance as major specialization with 6.00 CGPA and above (without any backlog) till 3rd Semester can only apply. - The age of the candidate should not be more than 25 years as on 31.12.2013. - They should have passed SSLC & Plus 2 with more than 60% marks, graduation with minimum 60% for Science stream and 55% for Arts/Professional/PG Degree. - Passed all the previous semester MBA/ PGDM exams with aggregate 60% marks separately in each semesters and cleared all papers in the first chance itself. (Please note that candidates are also required to pass the remaining semesters of MBA/ PGDM with the above 60 % of marks and cleared all the papers in the first chance itself). In case it is later found that the above stipulation is not met with, the selection/appointment of the candidate will automatically stand cancelled without any notice.
If provisionally selected, the candidates should give their acceptance in writing and the selected candidates should not be short-listed for further placements. Also such candidates shall join the Bank as and when the provisional appointment order is given. If it was later found that any of these stipulations were violated/ details of ineligible persons are included in the list forwarded to us, please be informed that your institution will be excluded from our future placement programmes. The candidates will have to be specifically informed that the selection is only provisional and they are entitled to get offer for appointment only if they complete the course successfully in time as per schedule of the course and completion of all the semester exams in the first chance with 60% marks. In case the candidate fails or scores marks below the stipulated level, the provisional selection will stand nullified. 7.
