If, at the time of my death, I am joint owner of any real estate with
my wife, then I give and devise all my right, title and interest in all
such property to my wife. In the event my wife predeceases me then
I give and devise all my right, title and interest in all such property
to my daughter. In the event my wife and my daughter predeceases
me, I give and devise all my right, title and interest in all such
property to Diabetes Research and ask that my personal
representative locate a source for the funds that deal exclusively
with research to find a cure for diabetes. Having this terrible disease
I realize how horrible it is.

STOCK IN PUBLIC HELD OR PRIVATE COMPANIES

If at the time of my death I am owner of any stock in public or

privately held companies, then said stock should be sold, at the
discretion of my administrator, and the money given to my daughter.

Diabetes Research and ask that my personal representative locate a
source for the funds that deal exclusively with research to find a
cure for diabetes.

TANGWLE PERSONAL PROPERTY

I have certain personal property, including, but not limited to, my

diamond ring, jewelry items, grandfathers clock, dining room
furniture, gun collection, all of which goes to my daughter. Any other
personal property goes to my wife, in the event she predeceases me,
that property goes to my daughter. If my daughter and wife
predeceases me, then all goes to my sisters.

FUNERAL
I have deep feelings on funerals. I want a Christian service with a
Presbyterian minister. I want to be cremated. Costs to be kept as low
as possible, no bronze c·asket etc. I do ask that music played prior to
the service be prerecorded Glenn Miller music that my daughter
selects. Immediately prior to the service, I ask that Frank Sinatra's
rendition of "I Did It My Way" be played.

REASONS FOR CERTAIN ACTIONS

LET IT CLEARLY BE KNOWN that I do not like or trust my daughter's

husband, JOHN DIMURA, I ask my representative to take any and all
action possible .to keep .B.Dl-item from my estate, especially
monetary items, should not fall into his hands.

My wife is to receive the house and furnishings, as shown above. The

reason I do not leave everything to my wife is that she is a certified
alcoholic, going back to 1979. My wife has made my life a total hell
on earth. She has refused to give up alcohol ! She has been seen by
doctors and was institutionalized for 30 days, all to avail. Any money
and property given to her will be converted to alcohol.
