PREFACE


Summer training has been accepted as an integral part of
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) as its objective is to let the
student familiar themselves, with the working environment in an organization,
A student understand, analyze & deal with the environment in an organization.
This of course paves a road for them where they have to lead later. Summer
training also enables student to train themselves in applied knowledge over the
theoretical learning. I feel privileged for having undergone summer training at
Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers Ltd. My training in this company has
enriched my knowledge regarding stock market.

A Project usually falls short of its expectation unless guided by the right
person at the right time. Success of a project is an outcome of sincere efforts,
channeled in the right direction, efficient supervision and the most valuable
professional guidance.

This project would not have been completed without the direct and
indirect help and guidance of such luminaries. They provide me with the
necessary recourses and atmosphere conductive for healthy learning and
training.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Theories are being developed, designed and stated on the groundwork of
their practical implementation and usage. Work experience seems to be more
effective and indispensable factor of making an individual an adept. This is
because one cannot do without being exposed to varying circumstances and
possible consequences. Training not only develops individual skills and abilities
but also provides proficiency in work performance.
The researcher has done research in a branch office of Anand Rathi Share
& Stock Brokers Ltd, Jaipur, which constitute an essential part of two year
MBA program. The research period consists of 6 weeks. The researcher selected
the project study on the topic Marketing of Financial Services & Consumer
Survey. It was really a great opportunity getting practical insight of the market.
