Im really excited for next year because I take dance classes and the type of
dance classes I take are ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, and hip-hop. So, next year for
ballet, Im going on pointe! Ill be a 7
th
grader on pointe! That is a real
accomplishment for any 7
th
grader on pointe because your feet have to be really
strong on really advanced in ballet. But its an even bigger accomplishment for me
because this is my 3
rd
year of ballet. Well, I took ballet when I was 5 but who
doesnt? But being on pointe means Ill have to work harder and not space out in
class.
Im not excited for next year because Ill be missing some teachers from
Cherokee that teach 6
th
grade. But I'll meet new teachers and see the teachers again
that teach essentials like computers, technology, band, gym, health and wellness
and art. And hopefully Ill meet new friends. And have fun!
