Business Organization:

Business organization refers to collaboration/cooperation of certain group of people in


an organization that works together to achieve business objectives.(Jeff,2011)
Business Organization is based Hierarchical structure that consists of CEO, General
Managers, Managers, and Entrepreneurs.
CEO:- CEO is head of organization responsible for strategic decision making at
organization.
General Managers:- General Managers directly reports to CEO and Manage different
department . Each General Manager is responsible for different department.
GM Operations:- GM Operation is head of Operations at organization and responsible
for all business operations at organization
GM Human Resource:- GM HR is responsible for Human resource management at
organization. GM act as head of department.
GM Finance:- GM Finance is head of Finance department.
GM Sales and Marketing:- GM Sales and Marketing is head of Sales and marketing
department at organization
Managers:- Each department at organization is managed by Managers who are
responsible for implementation of strategic decision taken by higher management and
ensure business operations are conducted efficiently.
Entrepreneurs:- Turn different business ideas into reality

Potential legal or ethical issues


Every business can have potential ethical and legal issues that needs to be considers in
order to avoid any ethical or legal issues, Potential Ethical and legal issues can be as
followes (O.C & Fraedrich, 2009)

Liability Issue:-
Liability issues can be source of legal complications for business. Therefore structure of
business should be selected considering liability issues as well. Being Limited liability
company our organization will be able to avoid potential liability issues . however
protection of owner`s assets are not guaranteed in case of any legal issue arise due to
management issues in company
Taxation Issue:- Being Limited Liability company Tax issues might be potential issue
because LC require extra documentation to file its tax return and it should be submitted
as corporation or partnership organization that makes taxation issue confusing.

Operating Agreement:-Being LCC organization need to get approved its operation
agreement with operating instructions in it.

Legal Issues:- Different states and counties might have different rules and regulations
that might affect the business operations.


Business Culture:-
Accepted norms, values, behaviour and traditions in business/organization develops
the business culture.
It is important to influence the development process of business culture from start as
once developed organization/business culture is very hard to change. Organizational
objectives should be considered in order to develop business culture. (Jan, 2009)
Experts has developed different models of business culture that are Control Culture
model, Compete Culture model, and Adhocracy culture model. It takes time to develop
culture and it evolves over time.


Types of Motivation:-

Motivation is Positive energy that can help business progress further and gain
competitive advantage. A motivated employee can work lot better than un motivated
employee. Therefore Managers use different type of motivations in order to keep their
employees motivated and engaged. (Robert,2010) Different types of motivations
includes
Monetary Rewards
Challenge
Fear
Appreciation and Recognition
Combination of monetary rewards and appreciation/recognition is best suitable
strategy for my organization.




Human Resource Management

Human resource management is important function in any organization. Human
resource department at organization is responsible for all functions related to human
resource management.. Better management of human resource can increase employee
retention that may decrease human resource acquisition costs and help organization to
gain competitive advantage. (Jeff,2011)

Recruitment/Staffing
Training and Development
Motivation
Maintenance







Technology

The reasonable use of technology in businesses is becoming more and more important
every day. Technology plays an important role in performing day to day business
operations in organization. However it is very important to integrate technology into
business functions effectively in order to maximize the benefits of technology. Use of
technology for business functions covers all aspects of businesses. CRM (Customer
Relationship Management) Software tools at Sales and Marketing department plays
very important role in managing relationship with customers and suppliers. Accounts
Software helps finance department in managing accounts related activities. Microsoft
Dynamics software can be used in Business operations and human resource
management. (Pride, Huges & Kapoor, 2011)



Operations and Materials Management

Operations and materials management is key success factor for any business. An
Effective control over business operations and materials related function is essential for
organization. Operations need delegation of duties and its continuous monitoring.
Operation Manager in an organization is responsible for management of operations
while material management ensures that required products are available when and
where needed. Lack of operations and material management may harm business
operations. (Ristau,2010)
