Strengths
Clear strategy and all proposal templates are ready and completed
Clear understanding of role scope

How do we capitalise on strengths?
Point 1: Apply to more companies.
Point 2: Develop proposals, i.e. increase professionalism and develop value propositions

Weakness
Lack of brand reputation and presence of AIESEC Bristol within university making
applications for grants from faculties difficult, i.e. FSSL application.

How can we convert those weaknesses to opportunities?
Develop brand awareness and reputation of AIESEC Bristol through various marketing strategies
(such as Global Village and Youth to Leadership). This would increase the profile of AIESEC Bristol.

Opportunities
Recruiting new members to join ER team and assist in the research and contact phase of
External Relations Strategy
Economic recovery results to more companies being more willing to invest in sponsoring
events/societies
Increase activity and develop new value propositions

Threats
Competition on sponsorship, i.e. Explore and UBU Cultural Week against Global Village, UWE
Time constraint

How can we possible prevent any consequences from those threats?
Point 1: Create a stronger value proposition with unique selling points
Point 2: Create a weekly plan and set deadlines


Finance

Strengths
Financial record clear and all activity under track

How do we capitalise on strengths?
Increase transparency so all members are aware of the financial status

Weakness
Low financial grading for December due to compiling of deposits for Xmas Social and LDS
Over-exceeding budget

How can we convert those weaknesses to opportunities?
Point 1: Fix errors (comments available in Podio). Aim to reach above 95%.
Point 2: Increase transparency of remaining functional budgeted expenditures

Opportunities
Reimbursement system/Expense Forms for better tracking

VP FINANCE

Threats
AIESEC Bristol bank account being used for deposits.

How can we possibly prevent any consequences from those threats?
Open a new bank account dedicate for deposits.
