the robot can unload packs, boxes or empty

Boxing and deboxing
Robots can handle product packages and
bottles i n di fferent posi ti ons and carry out
loadi ng and unloadi ng of wooden or metal
boxes. Bottles can be gri pped one-by-one or
several rows at a ti me, i n half or full layers.
T he accuracy of the robot allows the use of
si mple gri ppers and smooth movements
even wi thi n the box.
Transfer
Robots count and arrange the cans, packs,
or bottles wi thout addi ti onal handli ng
equi pment. T hey can transfer bottles lai d
hori zontally i n a case, i n a neck-i n-neck out
arrangement, i nto a sti rri ng case i n a neck to
bottom arrangement, or transfer bottles case
to case for a contai ner change whi le keepi ng
the same arrangement.

Checki ng freezi ng ti me, placi ng bottles i n
a tank fi lled wi th glycol or bri ne, removi ng
bottles after a pre-defi ned ti me ( dependi ng
on wi ne type and rate) .
T he robot then lays bottles on the bottle
openi ng i n-feed conveyer. T hi s task i ncludes
si de-clampi ng of bottles, bottle turni ng and
placi ng bottles upri ght.
Case loading
Robots can pack bottles i n cases wi th heavy
wei ght whi le demonstrati ng outstandi ng

hori zontal posi ti on of the packed bottles.
T he same work cell can be converted from
handli ng hori zontal to verti cal bottle casi ng
si mply by changi ng the gri pper.
Palletizing
Bottles or packs, as well as corrugated paper,
wooden, or plasti c cases, can be palleti zed by
a si ngle robot. Speed or patterns can be
qui ckly changed.

cartons, cases, blanks, etc.
