Womens Cup
Single class No Weight-to-Height limits.

Competing across divisions is not allowed. Athletes in the Mens Bodybuilding division can theoretically compete in up to
three classes (an Open class, a Junior/Masters class, and the Singapore Invitational).

Mens Bodybuilding:
The Juniors section is being expanded this year to encourage newcomers to the sport to try their hand at Nationals and
gain more exposure. The Singapore Invitational (not eligible for the Mr. Singapore title) is to welcome foreign
bodybuilders to compete in Nationals. There are many excellent foreign male bodybuilders who are regularly in
Singapore, and we want to see them showcase their goods! Locals can compete in this event too.

Mens Classic Bodybuilding:
This year, Mens Physique has been changed to Mens
Classic Bodybuilding to better reflect the nature of the
division. Posing in trunks is required and judging
criteria are the same. Classic Bodybuilding is
Bodybuilding, but with a Weight-to-Height limit. The
height cut-off for the class may shift (e.g. the Over 170cm
height class may change to Over 172cm or Over 168cm),
but the Weight-to-Height limits will not change. No
matter what height class you end up in, you must meet
the weight limits set forth in the table.

Athletes Height Maximum Weight in kg
