Desarrollo e Implementacin de un Sistema de Informacin Web para mejorar la

Gestin de Pedidos en la empresa Inversiones Avipecuarias SA

Ha sido desarrollado con la finalidad de demostrar que se puede brindar informacin
oportuna y relevante para la mejora en el proceso de gestin de pedidos, mediante el
desarrollo e implementacin de un sistema de informacin Web logrando que la
disponibilidad, acceso y transferencia de la informacin entre las diferentes reas se
realice de manera rpida, confiable y en tiempo real, lo que redundar en una
disminucin notable de los tiempos en reportes y consultas.
A continuacin y de forma resumida se detalla los captulos:
Captulo 1: Generalidades, en este captulo se plantea y analiza la problemtica con
su respectiva hiptesis, justificacin, las variables, indicadores, objetivos y
limitaciones de la investigacin.
Captulo 2: Marco terico, en este captulo presentamos los antecedentes y teoras
que sustentan el proyecto, teniendo como base la revisin de artculos y libros
especficos.
Captulo 3: Material y mtodo, en este captulo se describe como se obtiene los
resultados y el diseo de contrastacin para determinar si se acepta o se rechaza la
hiptesis de la investigacin y las tcnicas utilizadas como la encuesta.
Captulo 4: Generalidades de la empresa, en este captulo se describe la empresa
donde se realiz el estudio, teniendo en cuenta sus datos, estructura organizacional,
direccin empresarial (visin, misin, objetivos y metas) y anlisis FODA.

Captulo 5: Metodologa, en este captulo se muestran los artefactos producidos por
la metodologa ICONIX, a travs de sus cuatro fases: Anlisis de Requerimientos,
Anlisis y Diseo Preliminar, Diseo e Implementacin.
Captulo 6: Anlisis de resultados, en este captulo se realiz la contratacin de la
hiptesis evaluando los indicadores cualitativos y cuantitativos, adems se detallan
los resultados obtenidos en la encuesta aplicada. Se detalla la prueba estadstica t-
student y la distribucin Z.
Captulo 7: Evaluacin Econmica, en este captulo se evalu los costos,
beneficios tangibles e intangibles, el anlisis de ingresos y gastos usando el flujo de
caja y la evaluacin de los ndices econmicos de rentabilidad para el desarrollo e
implementacin del sistema.
Captulo 8: Conclusiones y recomendaciones, en este captulo se detallan las
aportaciones y recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones.

La bibliografa y anexos de la tesis, se presentan al final distinguindose entre los
diferentes tipos de publicaciones utilizadas.

Como resultado de esta investigacin se puede concluir que mediante la
implementacin de un sistema de informacin web para mejorar la Gestin de
Pedidos en la empresa Inversiones Avipecuarias, se mejorara dicha gestin lo cual
brindara a la empresa beneficios econmicos, operativos y sociales.

"Development and Implementation of a Web Information System to improve the
Order Management at Inversiones Avipecuarias SA"

It has been developed in order to show that it can provide timely and relevant
information to improve the process of order management, through the development
and implementation of a Web information system getting that the availability, access
and transfer of information between different areas perform fast, reliable and in a
real-time manner, in which it will result in a significant decrease of time on reports
and queries.
And then summarize of the chapters is as follows:
Chapter 1: Overview, this chapter presents and analyzes the problems with their
respective hypotheses, justification, variables, indicators, objectives and limitations
of the research.
Chapter 2: Theoretical Framework, in this chapter we present the background and
theories underpinning the project, on the basis of the review of specific articles and
books.
Chapter 3: Materials and Methods, this chapter describes the results and the
contrasting design is obtained to determine whether to accept the hypothesis of the
research and techniques used as the survey is rejected.
Chapter 4: Overview of the company, the company in this chapter where the study
was conducted, considering its data, organizational structure, corporate governance
(vision, mission, goals and objectives) and SWOT analysis is described.

Chapter 5: Methodology, this chapter artifacts produced by the ICONIX
methodology through its four phases are shown: Requirements Analysis, Analysis
and Preliminary Design, Design and Implementation.
Chapter 6: Performance in this chapter hiring the hypothesis was performed by
evaluating the qualitative and quantitative indicators, as well the results of the survey
are detailed applied. Statistical test t -student distribution is detailed and Z.
Chapter 7: Economic evaluation, this chapter costs, tangible and intangible
benefits, the analysis of income and expenses using the cash flow and the evaluation
of economic rates of return for the development and implementation of the system
was evaluated.
Chapter 8: Conclusions and recommendations in this chapter contributions and
recommendations for future research are detailed.
The bibliography and appendices of the thesis are presented at the end distinguishing
between different types of publications used.
As a result of this research it can be concluded that with the implementation of a web
information system for improved Order Management at Inversiones Avipecuarias,
which management said the company would provide economic, operational and
social benefits were improved.
