CUR believes that faculty members enhance their teaching and contribution to society by remaining active in research and by involving undergraduates in research, and that students are more successful as undergraduates if they are involved in undergraduate research. CUR is a grassroots organization whose principal support comes from its dues-paying individual and institutional members. Together, they represent nearly 700 colleges and universities. Most of our institutional members are private and public liberal arts colleges and comprehensive universities, although our membership does include faculty and administrators from community colleges and research universities with a strong emphasis on undergraduate education. Interested parties should send a resume, cover letter and references to Mary Pat Twomey at mptwomey@cur.org for immediate consideration.
