Construction
782TC features an oil-resistant high
Nitrile synthetic rubber inner tube; four
or six spirals of high-tensile steel wire
reinforcement; oil-, weather-, and
abrasion-resistant, MSHA-accepted
black synthetic rubber cover. 782ST
features the same construction except
for a high abrasion-resistant
Super Tough polymeric cover.
Application and temperature range
Petroleum-base and hydraulic fluids
and lubrication oils within a temperature
range of -40F to +257F (-40C to
+125C)
Polyol ester fluids up to +150F (+65C)
Water, water/oil emulsion and water/
glycol hydraulic fluids up to +185F
(+85C)
Air up to +158F (+70C); for air above
250 psi (1,7 MPa), the cover should
be pin pricked
