Examination Preparation tips.

1. The exam is of Objective Type questions comprising of 2 sections, for one
hour duration. You need to obtain atleast 40 % in each section and 50 %
aggregate to pass the exam

2. Sincere and consistent effort going through reading material in a focused and
exam oriented manner is the only way of succeeding in the ASOC exam.

3. No malpractice of any sort will be allowed as the exam will be conducted
under a vigilant and strict staff. So dont bank on any underhand tactics to
help you pass the exam.

4. The examination syllabus covers only a bare minimum domain area of what
you are expected to know while operating an amateur radio station. So you
are better off preparing well for the exam as you will anyway have to learn
these when setting up and operating an amateur radio station.
