place for Job Seekers and Job Providers to meet. The Data base should collect also the
minute details about the Job Seeker and Job Provider.
Resume Mart is designed to collect multiple resumes from the Job Seeker.
Resume Mart aim is to provide Job Provider with enormous amount of data.
Jobseeker functionalit in !T Recruitment Process is he will registration own
details" and he can be update displa own details" and renewal the resume and registration
details" and jobseeker can be searching the job after jobprovider posting the job.
Then jobseeker sends the mail to jobprovider.
Job provider functionalit in !T Recruitment Process is he will registration of

compan registration" then jobseeker searching the candidate. #fter searching the
candidate. Job provider posted the job. The jobprovider send the mail ever client for
