INTODUCTION
The Plumbing System is one of the most important parts of a
structure, intended for human habitation It pro!ides comfort
con!enience " hygiene to its occupants This fact is uni!ersally
accepted especially in the ci!ili#ed $orld
The Philippine %o!ernment ha!e long recogni#ed, the importance of

but .ust li/e most of our la$s, it lac/s proper implementation, to ma/e it
effecti!e
&t present, plumbing practice in the Philippines, is in a sort of chaos
The la$ is not properly implemented and other group of professionals,
are claiming that Plumbing Practice is under their la$

association of the Philippines, the accredited professional organi#ation of
1aster Plumbers, our sincerest gratitude to the Philippine &ssociation of

This forum is definitely instrumental for our group, to set things right
The 1aster Plumbers are the rightful o$ners of the Plumbing profession
other groups saying other$ise, are false and arrogant
