Dear Faizan,

This is in reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us for the post
of “Executive – Business Development” in our organization. We are pleased to inform you that
you have been selected against this vacancy for our Patna office.

As indicated to you there will be a probation period of six months from the date of joining. You
are required to carry the following document at the time of your joining:
Copy of all your educational certificates,
Accepted Resignation Letter of the last organization,
Appointment / Experience letter or the last organization,
6 Passport size photographs,
4 Postcard size photographs (If applicable for ESIC)
Copy of Ration Card / Voter ID Card / Bank Statement / Telephone Bill / Rent Agreement /
Passport / Driving License as Proof of Residence,
Last Salary Slip (in original)
Medical Fitness Certificate.

The contract of employment is terminable by either party giving 30 days notice period or salary
in lieu of.
You are requested to confirm your acceptance by signing a copy of this offer letter and contact
the HRD representative at 9:30 am on the mutually agreed date of joining at mentioned location.
Please refer to Annexure – I for your CTC Details.
