Introduction of image training
Image training is a kind of the method of training a sport.
Objective of Visualization
To improve one s performance in competition and training.
To respond positively the following factors:
Fear-Worry-Nervous-Afraid-Stress
No confidence-No concentration
No fighting and other negative factors
The best visualization is to visualize the experienced action or techniques
combined with the new experience, that one wishes to have or gain.

If we combine the visualization and relaxation together,
we would have a good result.
Key to effective visualization
A lot of sense, feeling, movement, sound and smell
Image or visualize clearly

1) Think about how to teach the way to training hall from your house

Visualization skill or level depends on individual so do not force or compare.

Relaxation
As to control one s performance, relaxation(training)is necessary.
1) To control yourself, 2) To prepare the competition
Purposes
- Self control
- Concentration
-Improvement of visualization
-Physical and physiological effect
Method and preparation for relaxation training
Preparation:
10-20min, calm place, lay down on ones back position, possibly knees can be bent
for ones preference. As long as comfortable position, it is fine.
Method:
Taking a deep breath, contraction 5 sec and relaxation, concentration on breathing
and body, relaxing state to visualizing training.
At the end, try to shake hands and toes firstly then eyes open slowly to wake up
and stand up.
